This office chair is so sleek and pretty! I love the light blue of it. The adjustable head and back section are nice. The seat cushion is nice and big, which is good since I’m a big girl. I have a little extra room on either side of my hips. I don’t think I could sit criss cross but it does have a little pull out foot rest. It was quick to put together, though I did it the hard way and couldn’t find the directions till halfway through lol, thankfully a good portion of it was self explanatory. They were nicely in with the seat cushion, it’s a whole book. I will have to take a picture once I have my little office area all set up and looking nice. The height pump is quite awesome, goes higher than I thought it would. The tilt back function is amazing! Who wants to be stuck in one position? Not me! I love that the back is mesh, I get hot so easily, having the air flow is going to be wonderful come summer. All in all, it’s is a really great office chair, very sturdy. I’ve sat in some flimsy chairs, this is not one. A tad spendy but absolutely worth it for lasting longer! I’ll update in a few months if I remember, and see how it is holding up.

Shipping was long... but I am beginning to think anything large on amazon is a shipping/delivery problem. However, the chair is good. I probably would have went with a shorter chair but that is on me not the actual product. Assembly was good and overall I would recommend this product.

Very comfortable chair. I updated from a previous and this chair was cheaper than my original chair and is more comfortable, it reclines, the wheels rolls smoothly, has back support and the sit is memory foam.

I would like to enjoy this chair, however for me it has some pretty big discomforts so I will be returning it. What I enjoy about the chair are the seat cushion, foot rest, and the mobility of raising and lowering as well as leaning. There are mostly two big issues for which are the lumbar support and the fabric of the chair. The fabric is somewhat abrasive and feels slightly akin to sandpaper (For me) However if you're wearing pants and long sleeves it may bother you less. More so than the texture however is the lumbar support. It is extremely uncomfortable for me and will cause my back to hurt after just a few minutes of sitting in the chair. It will vary for everyone due to height and body shape, but for me the lumbar is way too low, at the highest the top of the lumbar support sits just below the curve on my back. The lumbar has a setting to move in and out, but I am unsure how much use it provides as I can't first get the height right. I would prefer this chair with no lumbar support at all, however it doesn't seem to be removable. About the assembly, it's not too complicated, just have a knife or something because they use a LOT, and I mean a heck of a lot of tape and cardboard on everything. Took me 10 minutes just to get everything out of packaging!

After replacing my old office chair of over 3 years I didn't want to cheap out on my replacement, I am pretty much at my computer 7 days a week and knew I needed a quality investment. When I was browsing differing options both in-person and online, this chair really caught my eye. It's base model looked good, but I've seen plenty of chairs that looked good but aren't. After doing some research into it I decided to go ahead and purchase this one. The price was a little iffy for me, as someone who was prepared to spend a little more than what it cost to ensure quality, the price almost seemed too good. When it arrived it came unassembled but very nicely packaged. It had a good weight to it so I knew it wouldn't be as flimsy as I thought, building and assembly alone took about 1-2 hours, I took my time but it was really easy, the instructions were clear and in an easy-to-follow assembly order. Some bolts took some extra strength to tighten with the provided wrench but other than that relatively easy. I was immediately blown away by the quality of the item, the chair almost has a sense of bouncyness to it when you sit, it's firm but not painful, and the way the cushion is, it fits the legs ergonomically and comfortably. The back and headrest although mesh provide great support and breathability when it gets hot. I've had the chair for a little under 2 weeks now and I am in love with it. So glad I decided to give this brand a chance!

I have been using this chair now for about 8 months, probably 4 days a week for 8hrs or so. It started out great but the seat cushion quickly compressed leaving the small patch or springs to dig into your legs. The seat itself feels tilted down and now is painful after more than an hour or so. I suggest going with a different chair. I'm already replacing it.
