This is the best product….and the customer service is amazing I had a problem with the charger …we texted them on a Sunday they responded within 20 minutes…the next day they got me a new one and had the old one picked up…. I would recommend this product to anyone that needs help getting someone out of bed and to a chair or couch …it is very strong and sturdy and the rollers are very smooth going

This product is an absolute lifesaver! I needed this for my spouse with MS. When she falls, it is very difficult to help her up to a safe space. It may take hours and is often very strenuous mentally and physically for both of us. While we have used belts and IndeeLift (another fabulous product for someone who has more physical strength), we needed something even easier for days that are really rough. This lift was incredible! It is sooooo easy to use and took minutes to use. As a caregiver, it meant an injury free way for me to assist. It also was a mental lifesaver because it is very challenging during these times. For my spouse (more importantly), she did not get hurt and did not have to use an insane amount of energy. For some people with MS and mobility issues, it is hard to pull out energy particularly during falls which tend to happen during flare-ups. Having this also meant that we did not have to call for outside help. Recently, we've been calling 911 after trying for several hours on our own. My wife is very independent and does not want to both 911 and other people. This lift allowed us to do it on our own. Since we have had this product, I have felt more confident moving her about as I know that it is there if needed. For comparison, my spouse is around 6' and 240 pounds. I am much shorter and half her size. Let's take a moment to talk about the customer service. Incredible! They were there with me at the key moments when I needed them. First, let me share that when deciding to purchase, I was able to text, and they responded right away. This made my decision easy. Most importantly, when I first needed to use it during an unfortunate fall, I couldn't get it to work. I even tested it first, so I knew that it worked (side note, it was quite comfortable when I was the end-user). Anyway, I reached out and they responded two seconds later. Through chat and pictures, I found out that I didn't have one of the plugs pushed it. It was such a huge relief. This fall happened before a treatment, so time was of the essence. With that quick response, I was able to safetly get her back to her chair (from floor) and we were able to continue getting ready. After the appointment, we decided to use it again to transfer from wheelchair to lift recliner. It was easy again and even easier know that we know how to use it. It was relatively easy to put together. I watched the videos on youtube. While they can't show every little step, it gave me enough to work on to put it together in quick time. I knew that I could reach out if needed extra assistance. Additionally, it is made with high quality and easy to fold up to save space. I have more to say about all the great things but I want to get this review out so that it can help others. One more thing, I love that it is owned by a woman! We are so thrilled with this product and I know that it will be there for us when we need it. While I wish that we wouldn't have to have a NEED for it, we do and I am so glad that we have this doudouX lift. It truly has made our lives better mentally and physically and can see it doing so the rest of our lives. Thank you!

No more calling 911 to get my parents off the floor. My father fell the other day and all I had to do was use this lift to get him up and onto the couch. I used the lift by myself as it is easy to use. I am very happy we now have one so I no longer have to be concerned that when my parents fall, that I will not be able to get them up by myself. the lift it strong yet lightweight. the hydraulics move very smoothly. the lift can pick someone up from the floor!!! it is a great lift. We had a bit of difficulty with the delivery, and the company was right on the problem, very nice, and solved the error as fast as they could. Bottom line, the product is high quality, and the people at the company are too.

The media could not be loaded. Doudoux patient lift is not only a Hoyer lift, but also a floor lift and a car transfer lift. It is already assembled, I spent only two mins to set up the battery pack. This is the most amazing part! I need this for picking up my grandmother from ground sometimes, also good for moving her from bed to wheelchair and bath room. I also bought a car sling to transfer her to the car seat, not difficult to operate it if you watch the videos carefully. Great product, we highly recommend it!

The box was nearly destroyed when it arrived at our house. The lift itself is flimsy and doesn't reach high enough to lift a person from a bed let alone to a wheelchair. We are desperate for a lift for my quadrapelic husband when he comes home to do transfers and this device is absolutely horrible leaving us in a horrible bind. I have no idea how to return this since the box and packaging were badly torn and held together with ties.
