At first I ran into a few issues, but I emailed tech support and they responded within minutes. I needed to update my software to the latest version (which was easy), and after that every function on this unit works perfectly. I love that I can use CarPlay, or connect the unit to a WiFi hot spot and use the GPS, or even run Netflix. I connected an internal USB drive, and was easily able to select and play movies. The ability to customize your screen to support viewing 2 applications at once is also a bonus. You can also add additional applications by storing them on a USB drive as apk files, and installing them (although I have not done this yet). Love Love Love this unit! Was so HARD to find a unit with EVERYTHING I wanted, but I did!

The media could not be loaded. Initially I was skeptical about the brand but I really liked the features it advertised. I bought the 8core because I figured it would help speed things up in the wireless department. I’m more then happy with the product. Built in mic, wireless apple car play. Comes with many extras like alternate mic and back up camera, Wi-Fi, GPS antenna. I think overall I bought a better product then some of the name brand units like boss and pioneer. The display is bright and responsive and the call has no lag time. Settings are easy to adjust and navigating the menus are simple. Would recommend 100%

Had it one year. Used it on a few rv road trips and then sat in storage for 10 months. Now their screen isn’t working. It’s all black. Still charges my phone but the display is GONE. Now I have to replace it. Ugh!!

I’ve had this product for over a year now and has never had an issue. Definitely recommend getting the highest tier (4Gb+64Gb) to experience the best quality. Sideload almost all streaming apps and they all play with no issue. I’ve recommended this radio to every one that asks.

This radio works great, big display, plenty of versatility. I have had this for about a month at writing this, the apps all work as should, you can run the USB cables to the phone to get a great connection for android auto. It also has way more options than i could ever use on this thing. The keyboard is sometimes hard to figure out though, not sure if it is because i am looking at a slight angle. Installed in a 2011 Mercury Grand Marquis. Does not block any vents or other controls in any significant way.

Very high-quality radio. I installed it into my '97 GMC Suburban to replace a 10.1-inch radio that I had for less than a week. This works great and has a vibrant screen for movie night. The FM radio has good range and fidelity. Blue tooth works good, although linking when you start up is a bit of a pain. Once linked, I have not had any issues with Apple Play, etc. Since this was not a brand name, I went ahead and bought the insurance coverage for two years. Better to CYA than have a useless brick in the future. Noticed the price increased $70+ since I bought it April 1.
