The range on this is incredible. We use this to let us know when someone is coming in or going out of our gym. You can be in a different room and still hear it. There are a few sound options to choose from, I do wish it had something a bit more basic though. A lot of the sounds are short tunes. It is easy to add the sensors and they stick well to the doors. I had set up a few of these in different configurations, at the top of the door, the side, etc with some varied gaps between and have had no issues. It is a 4 pack of sensors which was something else we needed. The price is good and the chime and sensors work flawlessly.

Easy to install and set up, and so far (we just installed today) it is working great. My only issue is that out of the 60 chime options none are a simple one or two tone chime. They are all about 4-5 seconds. We have them on four doors, as our toddler has figured out all childproof locks and these extended chimes every time a door is opened is a lot. We may not keep it just because of that.

I love these chimes. Having a person with dementia from alzheimer's in the home is a 24 hour challenge, especially when the person tries to walk out alone and into the unknown. We have one chime on the bedroom door to alert movement at night and chimes on all exterior doors. Life savers!!!! Our escape artist cannot tiptoe out the door with out making a whole bunch of noise and alert the entire house. It is awesome! They are too easy to install and worth their weight in gold. There is no difficult pairing and the sensors are programmed to the chimes on arrival. Plus, having 2 sensors is golden. One stays in the main part of the house and the other travels the same as a phone charger... It is always close enough to hear. In the bedroom, bathroom when showering, outside when gardening. Awesomeness in a neat package. My previous experience with these types of devices has been beyond good. The batteries on past devices last and they were easy enough to change if they do go out.

Worked like it should for 6 months then all but 1 sensor died, not the batteries we replaced those multiple times in 6 months, but the sensor. Then the 2nd alarm died and stopped working and the other one chimes when it wants too. Should have just have the security system installed.

2nd review - it was a great door chime, now it has quit working after 6 months of use. I wish that you could open the piece that goes on the door to replace the battery. Previous Review - There are two sets in the package and we have been very pleased with their installation and use. This product was bought because the door alarm had stopped working in our kitchen and it is a high use area and I have a mother-in-law with dementia. Lots of chimes to choose from and it has a decent range from our bedroom into our living room. I don't worry as much now that my mother-in-law might leave the house and I am unaware.
