This product is well-made and well-designed. I had no problem looping the strap around the door, and the buckle kept it in place well. The loops located at different heights along the door give you a lot of options. The straps and resistance band are shipped out with a brochure showing a great variety of exercises you can do with the product. I used it for the first time today with a couple of different bands. I have only worked on my upper body so far, but it worked well and felt solid. Really, these bands and a couple of dumbbells are all you need to get a good workout. Everything seemed to be strong and well-made, and considering how expensive exercise equipment can be, these are very good value for money. Needed to continue some exercises at home using resistance bands. Had some of the simple bands without any handles that were not always easy to hold onto. The set of resistance bands in this kit from KANGFITER are amazing. Great handles and a nice range of resistance band strengths. Came packaged in a nice bag and included a great set of instructions for use. Tried the door anchor strap but ended up using some wall mounted anchors instead (didn’t like the black door anchor straps on my white door and didn’t want to remove/set up each time. This is a nice set of bands, the quality is much higher than I expected. I recently broke my collarbone and went to physical therapy afterwards, and these bands are even higher quality than the ones they have at the PT clinic. I 100pct recommend these bands.
