We bought this product because we saw it at Cardis and liked it for my son.cardis was selling it for $999.00 out of curiosity i looked it up on amazon and found it for $599.00.it was the same product except cheaper and a second color to choose from.my wife and i fell inlove with it.easy to put together and strong.my son loves playing in it.the only thing i worry about was the steps.they weren't big steps and there was big gaps which i though could of been a hazard if a child fell through the entrance head first.other than that we loved it.we removed and stored away the steps and replaced the steps with foam mats that we had for our son when he was learning to climb.the bed is different and fun.highly recommend.the packageing came damaged im guessing through shipping.but all the parts were there.it came in four different boxes.i built it alone but 2 people would be better.makes it easier. ... show more

The bed was easy to put together. It came in 3 boxes, one box was completely torn open. There were cracks in 4 boards, but decided it would be easier to fill them than return the whole thing. They do not show now. Touched up with an acrylic paint. My grandson loves this bed and it was $300 cheaper on Amazon than local furniture store. ... show more

This bed was purcharsed for a retheming of our daughter's room. All parts arrived and were on time, some of the wood pieces did arrive with some damage. Of the damaged parts, several were able to be fixed or replaced, the rest were cosmetic and easily repaired. For an almost $800 bed you'd expect the wood to last longer, purchased this in May 2023 and put it together, It's now November 9th 2023 and there's cracks in the wood. It creaks very loudly when my 3 ye old gets inside it. It's a very pretty bed but I'm not sure it will last as long as it should... were very disappointed ... show more
