  • Very cool LED multicolor backlighting. Premium feeling keyboard!
The media could not be loaded. What an awesome keyboard this is! Let's start with the backlighting. So many colors and patterns to choose from. Then there are all the connectivity choices: Three (3) Bluetooth channels, RF (via included USB dongle), or wired (USB-A to USB-C cable). I am using Bluetooth; once I figured out how to put the keyboard into pairing mode, my computer found it promptly. It charges via USB-C port. It took about 2 hours to fully charge from taking it out of the box. The included instructions (quick start and mostly redundant user guide) say NOT to use high power USB phgone charger, so I have to rearrange my desk a bit to have regular lower power USB C available. As for the keys themselves, I am still getting used to them, but they have a nice feel. The keyboard itself is heavy and thus doesn't slide around at all on my desk pad. Nice! The box is quite premium feeling, so this would make a nice gift. I am generally not a fan of wasting money on excessively fancy packaging for something that will probably never go in the box again, but this one struck a fair medium between "premium" and utilitarian. As for downsides, so far about the only downside is that it can bit a bit hard to see the labels on the keys as they key backgrounds are crystal clear. Most are standard ASDF keyboard locations, of course, so are where expected. But finding the various functions for LED coloring and effects takes a bit of getting used to. As for value, I have seen premium keyboards at much higher prices, so this one is a good value overall. ... show more

  • Comparable to other high-end keyboards
I'll be comparing this keyboard to my current daily-driver, a Keychron R5. At a glance the price and general features of this keyboard are comparable to the R5. They both have RGB backlit keys, bluetooth / 2.4GHz / wired connectability, swappable cross-platform keybinds (Mac/Windows/Linux), nicely braided USB-A to USB-C cables, and both cost roughly $70-90 depending on sales/coupons. KEYS: Where they differ first and foremost is the feel of the switches (I'm ignoring the obvious difference in keyboard appearance/style). The Keychron is a mechanical keyboard and has very nice feeling, clicky switches which you can easily swap-out if you prefer a different feel. The MOFII does not have swappable switches, and they are oddly squishy-feeling with a dull thud at the end (typical of membrane switches). Personally, I'm not a fan since it feels "slow" or like I'm being bogged down. The main advantage of the MOFII's membrane switches is that they are significantly quieter than typical mechanical switches, so more appropriate for office environments. Cusomization: The MOFII allows adjustments to brightness and speed of LED patterns, with clear markings on the keys so you don't have to memorize any key-combinations. The R5 does not have such markings, but it does have an online configuration tool that lets you adjust LED patterns and brightness, re-assign keys, create macros, adjust button trigger thresholds, etc. Additionally, the R5 comes with extra key-caps in different colors and with symbol options to match whichever OS you prefer. The MOFII does not come with swappable keycaps, but they include enough symbols on multi-purpose keys that I don't think it's really necessary. LEDs: Both have good looking LEDs, but in my opinion the less-diffuse LEDs of the R5 look better and the lighting modes are more interesting (reactive options, and more customizations). Layout: One clear advantage that the MOFII has over the R5 is that it's a true full-size keyboard, while the R5 is about 2 inches shorter (from left to right), which required some keys to be moved/shortened/removed (AKA 96% layout). This is my biggest complaint about the R5, and it takes some getting used-to. Overall, I prefer the R5 for its appearance, greater customization options and the feel of its keys, but I like the full-size layout of the MOFII and its office-friendly noise level. Your mileage may vary. Hope this helps. ... show more

  • Light up
The keyboard impresses right out of the box with a vibrant back‑lighting system that offers an extensive palette of colors and dynamic patterns, allowing users to personalize both aesthetics and visibility. Connectivity is exceptionally versatile: three dedicated Bluetooth channels, a reliable RF link via the supplied USB dongle, and a wired USB‑A‑to‑USB‑C option for low‑latency work. I opted for Bluetooth; after a quick discovery of the pairing mode the computer connected instantly, and the link remains rock‑solid. Charging is handled through a USB‑C port and reaches a full charge in roughly two hours—convenient for on‑the‑go use. The only minor inconvenience is the instruction‑set’s warning against high‑power phone chargers, which forced a small desk rearrangement to access a lower‑output USB‑C outlet. Overall, the keyboard delivers premium features, robust connectivity, and polished ergonomics, making it a standout choice for both work and play. ... show more

  • The Clean Minimalist Desktop Setup
This MOFII keyboard has a smooth, curved ergonomic design that feels great for long stretches of documentation or gaming. The RGB backlighting is bright and customizable, allowing me to match it to the rest of my workstation. I’m a fan of the tri-mode connectivity. Switching between the 2.4GHz dongle for my PC and Bluetooth for my tablet is seamless and lag-free. It has a solid, weighted feel that stays put on the desk, and the battery life on a single charge is impressive even with the lights running at full blast. ... show more

  • Nice Keyboard!
This keyboard looks great and types well. The keycaps feel nice, however, it isn't really the 'clicky' type keyboard I prefer for gaming. That said, it is a great keyboard that functions as it should hand has a great looking design. If it were the clicky type, it would be a 5 star for me - but that is also a personal preference type thing. Overall, this is a great keyboard that works well and is priced fairly, so I can recommend it! ... show more
