This pergola was a great value for the money and beautiful as well. Great communication with the delivery people, they delivered to our backyard for easy assembly. Very sturdy, easy to put together (you will need 3-4 people at one point to assemble). The louvers are wonderful and easy to change as needed. Update: I figured out the louver situation. You can't overtighten the #10 screws that go into each louver on both sides and in the center of the roof. You actually don't need to fully tighten at all, it's better if the louvers have some slack for the lateral movement. Only after I loosened every single louver screw the roof started to snap shut. The manual should mention it. Anyway, I changed my rating from 4 to 5 stars. Great product, easy to follow instructions. The only downside is the roof louvers don't close flush on the center beam (the side without the ratcheting mechanism). There is a lot of tension and if I push on the linking bar it snaps shut, however after opening/closing the louvers it needs the push again. I've assembled it according to the manual, etc, the side with the mechanism closes fully, the other side leaves a 1/4 inch (4-5mm) gap...

LOVING our pergola! This is the best thing we've ever purchased. So happy we choose this where we can open the louvers and see the sky. We keep them open most of the time and all seasons long. When it gets cold or windy we close the drapes and light up our fire and it gets very cozy and warm inside. Very strong. It had no problem withstanding 70 mph winds. Can't say enough about this.

We set up the pagola in 4 hours with 3 people. It was easy to follow the instructions. The material is good quality and looks as in the pictures. Had some issues with the freight company delivery, but the customer service was very helpful and solved everything. One recommendation for the curtain, the attachment line that fixes it is very weak and ripped off after two nights with only a bit wind. I made some grommets in the bottom to fix it to the post.

Good looking but required at least 3 people. Some holes that were supposed to be there weren't drilled out all the way. Some panel for roof holes weren't drilled out other than that it's good

We installed this pergola over a weekend, and overall it went okay. In a few spots the instructions didn’t zoom in close enough or describe what to do well so we had to guess….. we guessed wrong. We ended up having to take it apart to correct. Additionally on one section of the pergola you can see they used grease pencil on the raw stock metal, and then painted over it. The paint did not cover the pencil and it shines through. The customer support team was very quick to reply and took care of my problems. They were polite and prompt. We did get some heavy rains, the pergola remained dry! Overall very satisfied

I am so happy and satisfied about this 12x20 pergola. I have researched many other similar products and finally made the decision on this one. This one is all aluminum in a great price. Many thanks to Lynn for the help in the purchasing process. Very responsive communication and great customer service. The product came in total 5 boxes. All parts were well packaged and no damage found. The step by step installation manual was very clear. I did need another person to help me assemble the frames. Then I was able to finish the rest of project. I was able to get it all done in a few hours. I love it! It is sturdy and solid! The louver operation is smooth. I definitely would recommend this product to those of you who are looking for great quality pergola!

The delivery was a nightmare. It was days late. It was listed as coming from Fed Ex. It could not be tracked because it was being Delivered by Ceva not Fed Ex. It took several days to discover that info. Then it was difficult to schedule delivery. Ceva is hard to reach. After delivery the assembly was horrible. Many screw holes had to be re-tapped. The screw holes for the louvers all had to be re-drilled to accept the screws. The tiny clips on the louver assembly pop off easily. Without them the pergola will not function. We lost 3 of them and it took forever to find them and put them on. DO NOT assemble in the grass or you will never find them! Domi does not supply any extra. I am praying that none of them pop off with use. If they do the pergola will be worthless. A few of the louvers were bent and had to be fixed. Communication with Domi is awful. They do not have a customer service phone number. They only communicate by e-mail and will answer you in 24 -48 hours. Big deal! If returning this product would have been easy I would have returned it. They say it should take 2-4 hours to assemble. Ha! Try 6-8 hours. And have plenty of extra tools.
