I used a combination of the Amazon installation video and the instructions, both were needed as the pictures in the instructions do not always show the detail on a part. Just finished putting this patio cover together. It took two of us eight hours to construct the whole thing. The quality seems good, so Iā€™m happy about that. The two downsides are that it came in gray, even though I ordered brown, and one of the corners was bent, so some of the holes did not lineup correctly. I would say that the spots where some of the screws go are incredibly difficult to get to, but once everything is complete, it does look really good. ... show more

With minimal fuss and maximum efficiency, the company stepped in to rectify the situation with a responsive and courteous customer service! Their commitment to ensuring we were satisfied customers transformed our initial disappointment into a delightful surprise. The pergola instantly became a great addition to home, it keeps unwanted guests (insects) at bay, making our outdoor gatherings much more enjoyable. Moreover, the pergola has drastically expanded our outdoor living space. Its elegant design is not just pleasing to the eye, but also incredibly functional, providing just the right amount of shade and comfort. The pergola has essentially extended our home, our outdoor space has become another room where we can entertain guests & enjoy family activities. We had considered building our own sunroom which would have taken days - upon days (building permits & stamped drawings) not to mention actual construction time! This pergola is great. The quality and construction are very solid and it provides controlled light and shade with the adjustable louvers. It is shipped in 4 big boxes and they are so well packed that it arrived with no damage. I takes a few hours to assemble but the instructions are clear and all of the parts you need are supplied even the tools (although I used my tools for better leverage and speed) When assembled, it is very solid and does a good job of keeping the rain off of the deck. I haven't installed the side walls and insect screen since it is still wet and cool in Seattle but i expect they will work well since they are heavy duty. After reading reviews of other brands, I am glad I went with this one, it is very high quality and sent quickly with no damage in transit. ... show more

Great product. Shipping was slow but not damaged. Is a bit of work to put together. Did it by myself with the help of my drywall lift and power tools. Took 9hrs. I lagged the corner post down to the deck but took extra precautions by securing the top four corner post to the deck/house. Very sturdy. Looks incredible!!! Highly recommend!!! ... show more

I like this Pergola a lot! Dimensions were spot on and the product was easy to install. The delivery company was a bit of a mess but their customer service was great and easily situated. I think the struggle was with what Amazon states vs. reality of the shipping company. All in all I have received a lot of complements on the pergola and think this is a great addition to my home. I do think the 4 corner posts could be a little bit stronger and the attachment clips for the curtains are plastic. Domi Reps have been great at customer service and offer replacement parts as needed and check up on all customers! seems like a great company! ... show more

Pleased with the finished product. Completed most of assembly with 2 people except for the main frame and post attachment. It took me about 12 hours to complete. Looks and works great. PS had our first rain in many weeks, no leaks! šŸŽ‰
