When you order waiting for delivery try to have someone available to help with delivery. FedEx don’t care about your package so far as I had to file a claim luckily nothing was damaged after opening all 5 boxes. Once opening boxes take the time to organize the framing in a garage and all the hardware prior to assembly also to inspect for any damage. All my parts were accounted for. Also take a few minutes to glance at the directions. Does come with a Allen wrench and small wrench. As per directions states you will need to or more people help and two ladder. LOL…. Unless you’re a tall person a 6 ft A frame ladder is not high enough I used a portable scaffolding along with a sheet rock lift to hold the framing rails in place while assembling. Made it easier rather than trying to hold during assembly . The directions are not very clear . You more than likely going to needs another set of eyes to look at them. I had 2 other guys helping and my wife looking at directions when we were scratching our heads. When the framing was complete which took about a day and half. Came the roofing part which really sucked the roof panels have a plastic piece that is supposed clip on when installing the panels the clips would fall off. If I was to do it again probably would glue the clips to panels prior to installation. But overall would I buy again probably would patience is key

Shipping was fast and all boxes arrived together and before expected delivery date. Make sure you open all boxes and inspect all parts. Had one part damaged and a bag of netting clips missing. Seller quickly addressed the problem and shipped out the netting clips. Damaged part was fixable. Installation: I have construction knowledge, watched videos and previous buyers remarks on install. 1. Unpack all parts, spread out and put in alphabetical order to aid in install. I put all bolts and screw in labeled bins, really helps out. 2. Read instructions and take your time. You do need 2 people, 2 ladders and it will take 2 days. 1st day we put up the frame, 2nd day the roof. 3. When instructions state “don’t tighten bolts” Don’t! Be patient and wait til it tells you to tighten. 4. Frame was easy, roof takes sometime. Follow the instructions on the roof, the clips to help direct rain are problematic. They don’t stay on and will pop off when panels are being flexed and inserted into slots. I would suggest a dab of silicone caulk, if I did this again. Wait until all panels are installed on the section you are working on before tightening. I love it and would buy this gazebo again!

I needed more screws. I requested more screws and I received them in less than 3 weeks!! From China? WoW! Love this gazebo. It's beautiful. It is also the best all weather performer. Very high quality product. I definitely recommend. They need to build a 12' and a 13' wide version also. I might buy a bigger one.

This is a beautiful addition to our deck. It is a five-star for quality, function and attractiveness. The product took quite a while to get to us, and wasn't really accurately trackable through Amazon. Two roof bars were defective and had to be reshipped. They shipped immediately, but due to the 4th and the weekend, it took 7-10 days to get to us. So we had a half assembled gazebo on the deck over the 4th. As stated in other reviews for this and/or similar gazebos, professional installation would be best. There are many steps, but directions were clear enough. Some steps took 3 people--could have used 4. Many steps needed the support of 2 people, and a high step ladder. Some steps, certainly were designed for one person to do. With mostly 1-2 people available and the parts delay, our assembly spread out over two weekends--we stopped counting the hours. But it is doable if you have the appropriate ladder, time and people to help you. In the end, though, it was worth it, and we look forward to many years of usage!

There is no match for sturdiness, quality and value at a comparable price! Wts, the manufacturer elected to focus on the above three characteristics with no attention to customer friendly attributes or packaging. My product arrived on time but with several damaged pieces, so assembly was delayed a week. The absolute BEST customer service (Molly) agent(s) I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with! Completed assembly right up until our first monsoon with winds of 45-53mph, hail and rain; lots of rain...didn’t even know we had a storm. Can’t wait to see how she stands against the snow this Winter. Ok, now the painful realities that come with this product: 1) Instructions are not completely sequenced or accurate, e.g., do not place curtain hooks in until after you have assembled the 4 post and rails. Otherwise you will be frustrated from the hooks falling off the rails during assembly. 2) when assembling the roof, you will find that it’s not just the “W” panels that should be assembled simultaneously to the roof but all panels will need to be done in this manner; it’s the only way we were able to achieve a consistent, seal in an overlapping fashion. 3) After conducting my parts inventory, I thought specific screws were missing, only to find out that consistency in packaging was lacking, .I.e., although all screws and braces were clearly marked on their respective packages, some screws were packed inside other packages, thus you would never know of their existence unless you opened every package to count every screw...

We were disappointed when we started assembling it and realized it has a damaged part that was very noticeable. We bought it for an event and didn't have time to send it back and wait for another one to arrive. It was alot of money to spend on a damaged item.
