  • Highly Recommended
Color: Dark Gray Size: 10’ X 12’
I highly recommend this Gazebo to anyone looking for a spacious and high-quality setup, though you should prepare yourself for a serious assembly process. Tackling this project entirely on my own was a massive undertaking that required two full eight-hour days of labor. Because of the sheer workload, I strongly advise recruiting a helper if you have the option. If you do end up building it yourself—especially in warm or hot weather—you absolutely must wear protective work gloves. The metal roof panels absorb heat rapidly and become scorching hot to the touch, and as other reviewers have noted, the edges are razor-sharp; without gloves, you will likely walk away with some nicks and cuts. Additionally, a few of the metal components arrived slightly bent and dented, which seems to be a common shipping issue mentioned by others, but it did not ultimately ruin the build. While the final product is incredibly roomy, in hindsight, I do wish I had purchased a version that was a foot or two longer. At the same time, I really cannot complain because the result looks amazing, functions perfectly, and is a product I would gladly endorse to anyone. Because of the bent and dented pieces, I'd give it a 4.5, so I rounded up. ... show more

  • Great gazebo!
This is a Beautiful gazebo! Directions are so so to follow but eventually you figure it out! Lol. You will need several friends to get the top portion up and onto the base. Nice hardy metal that did have a few bumps and bends. Contacted customer support and they rectified that issue with compensation. They were very easy to deal with and prompt with responses! I would buy this unit again if I needed another. ... show more

  • Great looking product and good quality but assembly requires time and patience
Color: Dark Brown Size: 12’ X 14’
I don't generally do reviews, however, after assembling the Domi 12'x14' gazebo over the past week I thought I would take the time and pass along my personal perspective of this product. In summary the product looks great, the quality is very good and it is very sturdy. The screens and privacy curtains seem high quality are fully zippered in the middle of each side. The assembly is a challenge and time consuming. There are a bunch of YouTube videos that are very helpful. I would buy this product again. Positives. Shipping and delivery were great. The five large boxes (3 of which were about 65lbs each containing the rail and post components, the other 2 about averaging 90lbs each containing the roof panels) were delivered three days ahead of schedule and had no visible damage. Packaging was phenomenal. Probably the best overseas shipment packaging I have ever seen; which resulted in zero damage to the metal components. Finished project is as advertised, is very sturdy and looks great. Caveats. Be prepared for the amount of time and effort required for assembly. The biggest challenge in this project is having the patience to go through the linear mental steps required and paying extremely close attention to the 56 page manual. Assembly is not a heavy lifting job. The heaviest components are the four posts at about 25lbs each. When unboxing, take your time and catalog every part, bolt and screw. Each part and screw size is part coded and ties into assembly sequence. There were 842 parts and screws in my boxes. This is like a giant IKEA job on steroids. All metal components are coded and individually wrapped in foam. All 9 screw and bolt components are shrink wrapped on cardboard. I did the unboxing, unwrapping and layout of the parts by code taking up all the floor space of a two car garage. The packaging filled 2 recycle bins and 1/2 of a garbage bin. This process took about 6 hours. You will be working with pre-drilled metal sheets, screws, bolts and sections which require precise and non forgiving measurements on squareness. As an example, when trying to attach the final lower roof, the pre-drilled holes did not align and the panel would not fit, I remeasured and realized I was out of square by 1/8 of an inch on the posts. Working on this gazebo is not like working with wood, there is zero latitude in forgiveness. Domi recommends two or more people assemble this structure. I did about 95 percent of job myself and realized having a second person would have saved me dozens of trips up and down the ladder. The manual is a little confusing but is understandable. A couple of minor mistakes but nothing critical. For your sanity, do not jump around trying to take shortcuts. Almost every page in the manual outlines a sequential task for one side of the gazebo, so, you will repeat instructions on each page four times. The most difficult part of the project for me was the upper roof. Between the stupid z clips (kept falling off) and not having all 3 of the the hanging hooks loosened enough, getting the upper roof panels aligned was difficult. I found that using liberal amounts of painters tape to hold the small panels in place while threading the bolts was a life saver. Using a steady work pace and having to refer to the manual virtually every ten minutes, you can expect to spend about 25 total working hours to complete this job. Eight hours after completion we had heavy rain. Th gazebo roof was water tight. As expected, the gutter system is a joke. We have 6" gutters on the house and at times they overflow and the gazebo gutters are about 1/2 inch. The gazebo gutters are purely decorative covering the raw edge of the roof panels. Water flow is restricted every four the five inches by the raised profiles of the roof panels and the roof profile is level and gutters are not sloped. Difficult to understand how it could work effectively. ... show more

  • Nice quality. The assembly will make you reconsider life decisions.
Color: Dark Brown Size: 11'x13' w/ gutters
Solid, high-quality product—just be prepared for the assembly! After ordering, I started reading the reviews and I pretty much agree with the consensus: once it’s done, it is very nice, solid, and well worth the money. However, as others have said, assembly is a major undertaking. I’m not a mechanical engineer, but I am very handy and do most of my own home repairs. I thought my 19-year-old son and I could crank this out in half a day. Yeah, no... not happening. It’s a lot of steps. Thankfully, the instructions are well laid out; follow them closely and you will be fine. Here are a few tips for future buyers: Take your time: Go step-by-step. It’s not difficult, just tedious, as there are hundreds of bolts and screws. Tools: Have two drills with 4mm hex heads (one for each person) to make things go much quicker. Use the clutch on your drill so you don't overtighten anything. Don't over-tighten early: Leave some slack as you go, or you'll find the holes on adjacent panels won't line up. Roof panel trick: On overlapping roof panels where holes don't perfectly align, use a drill bit with a hex head to slowly drive through the first panel to reach the hole below, and have a helper underneath to secure the nut. Teamwork: This is a minimum two-person job. All said and done, it took us a total of 14 hours over two days to finish. Bonus upgrades: I installed a ceiling fan on the center hook, routed the wire down the leg with zip ties, and it looks great. The blackout curtains are phenomenal when the sun hits. It feels like this item was engineered in the US and manufactured in China; small details like the rubber spacers and plastic edge guards really make it rock-solid, keep it from leaking, and prevent bugs from getting in. Highly recommend, just patience required for setup! ... show more

This is a huge gazebo. Wants put together it is very sturdy and I highly recommend it. Putting it together was hard! It took for men about 6 days to put together. Getting the roof on was the hardest part. But it is a solid piece and I would buy it again.

  • Very nice but.
Color: Dark Brown Size: 10'x14' w/ gutters
Received the gazebo earlier than expected, which was very nice and speedy. We started the building process, the 1st day, 10am-6pm, the frame went up with the smaller panels installed. the manual was great for the frame but started getting confusing with the panels with all of the Z's that need placing. Also, the Net on top was the most terrible, time consuming portion of this day at least 1 hr without completing it. There is a Q part that is impossible to attach to the 2 bars through the net. so we skipped this Q and just loosely attached the 2 bars and net with the screw. The screws are nicely labeled, A LOT of them but they strip VERY easily so be aware. you should definitely have your own tools instead of relying on what they give you, Allen wrench in particular. the 2nd day, panel installation day, 12pm-4pm again 2 people. as we reached the last 2 panels, we were sent the same panel as a different section, meaning we were missing the correct panel for that section, the 2nd to last panel! it was VERY frustrating to say the least. Contacted DOmi. they replied 5 hrs later asking for the Order # which was supplied immediately. The next day received a response saying that it will take 7-14 days to make the part and then mail out. so I now have an incomplete gazebo. which is frustrating. the gazebo does look very nice will see how leakage holds up and how durable it is. the panels are very light, aluminum. ... show more
