This is a great quality pergola/gazebo hybrid for backyards. I have ours put up against our house and sliding door and it fits perfectly. Giving 4 stars because it was a little challenging to put as the directions only have the schematics of the screws, bolts, etc and where they should go…. Can get confusing really fast. It also didn’t come with the bolts for to bolt it into the ground. You’d think for over $500 it would come with everything you need, but I had to go buy expansion bolts for our concrete patio. And finally, it’s very challenging to get it to fit snug against the house and seal. I’ve just accepted that it won’t happen. But I am happy with the product and I think it looks really stylish. Definitely worth the price and if you can deal with a few issues like I listed above I’d recommend purchasing it!

Happy with product. Somewhat difficult to assemble. We had damage to one pole but was able to have it replaced. Good customer service. Note: all of the roof panels were shrink wrapped and was very time consuming to remove.

We started to unpack the boxes today, there was the usual corner torn out but inside there was bent parts and the thing is they were packed that way as they are not in the portion of the box showing damage. We are trying to make do and straighten the parts so we can mate the parts together, so far we have had luck and are able to get the bolt holes to line up. I will repost after we have finished and maybe my rating will go up. It won't let me post a photo at this time. We finished today, it was a fairly hard slog, some of the fasteners are of poor quality and don't allow the her wrench to take hold. Under the eaves of the house it was impossible to get your arm in to attach the fasteners, so I'm doing a work around for that. The floor plates became a problem, not from the design or quality but we kept hitting rear in the concrete. After all was said and done it now looks solid, it was more work than anticipated because of the material but we will see if it holds up, I will post again if more problems arise.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Very nice product. Only thing I was unhappy with was the scratches on the metal and on metal roof panel had a dent. Other than that, this thing is worth the money!

Picture says aluminum frame but it’s all steel. Contacted seller and they gave me a small credit but it wasnt enough considering the fact that i thought i was buying an aluminum frame gazabo and now im stuck with a steel one but i guess something is better then nothing. I did mention the picture that says aluminum so no one else would run into this issue and they said they would correct it but its still on here. Gazebo is not bad but i get an uneasy feeling that it will cave in with heavy snow. Doesn't appear to have enough roof support beams so they include two poles that need to be placed under gazebo when it snows. Some parts arrived dented but i was able to fix some of it. Sealant they sent me was dried out so had to buy some. Some rusting on the edges of the roof panels. Plus side they were excellent in keeping me notified of tracking, all parts arrived on time and actually earlier then planned and instructions weren't to bad.
