That was definitely a good purchase! The quality of the material is really good, and the manual guides you perfectly for an assembly with no worries. In my case I had to make some changes but I knew that before I purchase. Even with that, it worth it. I strongly recommend this sunroof specially if you have a flat floor and an installation location free of obstacles - otherwise you will need some extra tools. But yes, definitely approved.

The media could not be loaded. I was very pleased with the Domi sunroom I purchased for my deck. I leave in Georgia, It took about 12 hours to assemble, and I’m extremely satisfied with the final result. The reason for the 4 stars’ is because I didn’t expect it to take that much time to assemble, the corking adhesive glue was hard as a rock but that was minor. Domi offered to reimburse me for it. All in all it was a great buy instead to spending over 30,000 on a small sunroom, (yes I got a quote) I received exactly what I wanted from this Domi sunroom. The sunroom seems durable and strong, it’s amazing for keeping the mosquitoes out, it does not leak, also there are windows you could place on the mesh, very efficient. The sunroom fit my deck area perfectly. I personally would put it at no more than $2500 because of the assembling, too many gadgets to put together but well worth it, costing me less than $3000. The doors slide open easily and functions like I want it to. Thank you Domi

The media could not be loaded. This screen room showed up in several boxes and well protected. The kit is very well made and the parts fit together like they should. I took the advice of another buyer and painted the upper roof with a heat repellent coating. The instruction manual has very few words but plenty of diagrams and pictures to show how the room goes together. But if you’re patient, you will see it all slowly come together. This is one of the best investments you can make.

I wanted a solarium in our Oregon house to bring in the light and the sun. After days of building this thing, we've ended up with a very dark space that takes away much of the light from the one previously-sunny side of our house. The windows (rubbery plastic fabric) are quite dark. Had I opened the last of the boxes first, I would have seen the window darknness and returned this, but those boxes don't need to get opened until the end of the construction process. Also, when it rains hard here, the rain drips in through the top of the doors. Not sure how to stop this. Thankfully, I installed LVP for flooring, but our stuff is getting wet. The instructions were excellent overall, it took longer to build than expected (though we weren't doing it the standard way as we're using it with just two of the walls up, in an L-shaped part of our house. All the holes lined up well. It seems like a quality product overall. This would be great in the dessert, but here in rainy Oregon, I'm feeling regretful. If you want the shade and sun protection, go for it. If you want a sunny, dry room in a sometimes dark and rainy region, it might be best to look elsewhere or ask if they have a clear window option.

The media could not be loaded. I purchased a Domi 10x14 metal roof Wall Mounted Sunroom. The write up sounded good, however the actual use is not the same. I have had this for a year, even though they wanted an immediate review when I purchased it, it needed to be used first to give a reasonable review. In the summer it is way to hot, even with all the windows open to the max and oscillating fans running on high speed. In winter it is way to cold, even used it as a house attached freezer. Yes, things froze in that room. The supposed efficient gutter is NOT affective. Even with a small rain shower the rain comes in through the door. It rolls over the gutter and down the front of the unit over the door and into the room. Most effective with no rain or sun and external temperature at about 60 degree range. Also the rain run off angle to channel water down the roof away from the house, is too narrow to allow the rain to run down the roof. I had rain coming down the wall of the house where it was attached to the house. I had to use three (3) tubes of silicone to seal it to keep the rain from running down my wall. I will admit it does look good. The assembly instructions could have been a little bit clearer.

I built a new composite deck off the back porch with the purpose of placing this sunroom on it. Love the new space. The item arrived from the shipper in perfect condition. The crate built around it could have withstood significant handling abuse. All parts well marked, instructions are to be studied and followed precisely. Instructions suggest 2-3 people. You will need two for most of the build and 3 for raising the walls. Parts fit well, no missing parts or hardware. Took two of us about 8 hours without pushing hard. The position of my sunroom is under gutterless eves that brings a prodigious amount of water from two angles of a steep roof onto the roof of the sunroom. During heavy rains we get some leakage around the acorn nuts that secure the roof panels. A little silicon sealer seems to have corrected that issue. With that said they do not advertise water proof we do not find rain events to be a problem. I feel like it is secured well enough to the house and decking to not cause a loss of sleep. It is on the side of the house that is most protected from rough weather. I have no reason to not believe their claims of strength and durability. It has been up for about a month, a month that saw its share of Spring thunderstorms depositing almost 8” of rain - so far so good. No serious gripes at this point. Although I would like to have replacement window panels available just in case the grandkids toss the old baseball through it.
