The media could not be loaded. So I bought this product last spring 2023 and there was a hiccup when I piece was missing. I contacted customer service and they were able to send it out to me as fast as they could and I appreciated it. Through out the rest of spring thru fall and was able to use it having everything it promised work to a T. Provided shade great for bbqs , hosting parties out back shelter from mosquitos and great hideout for kids to play in their pool while getting shade and fresh air. Now there has been heavy rains and winds and our gazebo has stood unfazed ( we bolted it down ) so when they announced 3-6 inches of snow I believed nothing would phase it. Early on I stepped out side to check on it and everything good, so when I checked again I was surprised it collapsed. I am beyond disappointed that it couldn’t last some minor snow fall it should not be labeled as weather proof if they don’t mean to include light to moderate snow fall . ... show more

48 hours after we built the gazebo, a major storm blew thru with tornado force winds and rain. I thought I was definitely about to lose this gazebo. To my surprise it held up perfectly! I only had the mosquito nets up at that time so everything was soaked. After I purchased the privacy curtains, it changed everything. I can stay in during storms and there is minimal dripping and leaks! We even sleep in it, our family loves it. You can fit a lot of furniture in it as well! Will fit quite a few people comfortably depending on the furniture you have. I love it and would highly recommend to anyone! ... show more

The umbrella is exactly the size, color that I wanted to complete my deck. Arrived quickly but that is about it. The solar lights inside the umbrella WILL NOT WORK NOT MATTER WHAT YOU TRY ! DO NOT PAY THIS MUCH MONEY FOR SOMETHING THAT DOES NOT WORK !!!!!!
