I originally was looking at Costco for a Gazebo. Most of their offerings charged extra for the net and privacy curtain. Most of these Gazebos look similar so it is hard to decide which to buy. the Domi was one of the best deals. I got a discount for buying on Prime Day. The Gazeebo came in five boxes. The delivery came quicker than I expected. I received the Gazebo in July. As I laid the pieces out, the individual pieces heated up so that they were too hot to handle. I decided to wait until the afternoon before getting started. I was able to assemble the base myself in a few hours. I started to assemble the roof frame on the ground. I ran into a problem so I wrote to the company. The company responded in just a few hours and told me that I was putting the roof frame together wrong and sent me a new manual. I needed my wife's help to lift the roof frame on the main structure. For the next few weeks, it rained every day. I had to work when it wasn't raining. I did most of the work by myself. As I started to assemble the roof panels, I needed help tightening the bolts as I needed someone to be inside the gazebo while I tightened the bolts standing on a ladder over the roof. I didn't find the H pieces in the package and contacted Domi. They sent me new H pieces in four days. I requested extra bolts which they sent me. I later asked to have more Z pieces sent to me. They sent them very quickly. After several weeks of working an hour here and an hour there, the Gazebo was finished. I did almost all the work by myself. The company provides very good support. The kit does go together. Everything is dry coated every well. I made a few mistakes putting the kit together but I was able to backup and repair any mistake I had made. The look of the finished Gazebo is grand. I had plenty of chances to test the Gazebo in the rain. Underneath the Gazebo was perfectly dry. There is no reason to pay more.

Going to toot my horn a little since I do have a little bit of "know how". Constructed 90% of the gazebo myself in 16 hours. Only needed minimal help from my spouse. BTW, great customer service, Pluto is the best to work with and great company. 4 pieces arrived damaged and were replaced promptly. Little bit of info when constructing, do not secure top until upper panels are installed. I used a glue gun to attach the plastic clips on the roof panels because as your putting the panels in, they tend to pop off and the glue keeps them secured. Would buy again from this reputable company. Very satisfied with purchase and overall product which says a lot because my wife says I'm a perfectionist and can be hard to please.

We completed assembly prior to a family reunion. It looked great and provided shade/shelter we needed. We have continued to enjoy it for the past four months with storms and wind. The curtains and shade screens contribute to comfort. We installed a string of lights inside that extend use into the night. There are hooks on the ceiling that could be used to hang fans for cooling. We made sure post footings were level and wide enough to accommodate space adjustment prior to assembly and parts were a good fit.

First off the item came and five large boxes, four of them were long and narrow and not nearly as heavy as the fifth box which was the ceiling metal panels that is definitely a two-man lift. I would suggest taking every single piece out of every box to start because there are a lot of numbered pieces. The gazebo will come with four small tools but I would definitely recommend getting a 3 inch, 4mm hex bit for a small driver. There is a lot of screws that have the 4 mm hex everything else can be done with the Allen keys. I think that is the most important thing about putting this together successfully and as quickly as possible. I will also say that the roof panels was really the only hard part of the build and I would recommend following the instructions carefully and leaving the panels loose, maybe putting in a bolt screw combination loosely sporadically from left to right to hold the panels until you go to secure them all. The hardest screw is the center number 10 screw that will go into the top outside into the center frame support. You'll have to line up the rubber bushing and the two panels to successfully even find the hole that it will go into. This is the hardest part. Also when you're finished you'll see an air gap up in the ceiling from the inside and I would definitely recommend caulking that. Do not use the black caulk that the unit comes with it is very small and it won't be enough and I believe that a clear silicone caulk would be best anyways. The the 4 gaps you see ("see photo" of ceiling with white to clear caulk) will need to be filled with a larger bit of caulk than is given with this gazebo. It has not rained yet but I believe that the gutter system will work pretty good and bringing the water to the corners where the water should drain out a dime-size hole at the corner. I thought it was going to go down to post but that's won't be the case. We have a tree that has helicopters and they are filling up the gutter system extremely fast which is not that big of a deal as the worst it would do is clog the tiny hole at the end which I believe anyone can clean out with with ease. And I also could not believe that this entire structure there was only one mar mark on one of the posts and it's aluminum so it won't rust and I just touched it up.
