    • Bought it just for the end cap
The media could not be loaded. I only needed this because the original end cap fell off while driving. Kind of frustrating that you have to buy the whole unit just to replace one small part. The product itself works fine, but I wish they sold the pieces separately.

There were several times during our Southwest USA excursion where the winds were 15 to 20 miles an hour with gusts up to 50 mph. In Amarillo, it got severe enough to damage the right arm bracket on the topper. The local mobile repair shop could overnight a replacement but Dometic is charging over $100. The amazon price was $22.09. We only needed the RH arm and slide, but I'm holding onto the leftover parts as spares for future incidents and to help out fellow campers. ... show more
