Why did you pick this product vs others?: The Dolphin Nautilis pool sweep far exceeds my expectations. It’s very easy to install the software. It goes everywhere in my pool and it cleans the sides like no other pool sweep ever has. My pool looks better than ever. I would recommend this product to everyone. It works extremely well. There is a removable filter bucket that you can take out and rinse and go again. The cleaning ability is amazing. I’ve had many other pool sweeps over the past 40 years products and have been so disappointed. I cannot say enough good about this product.

Robot cleans well but broke down about 10 months in with light use. I don’t know if this is typical for the robot but it cost me nearly $200 to ship back for warranty service. Overall, I was happy with it until it stopped working. Still waiting on the Warranty Service. The robot is easy to use when it is working. Downgraded to a 1 start for repeated failures. Stay away from this item unless you are looking for a way to burn money

Haven’t had good luck with pool vacuums, but this one made me a believer. If you like the simplicity of a corded vacuum, the swivel on this one is a game changer. The ability to run multiple cycles via the app and WiFi and the effective debris basket are a plus.

The bundle is $100 for the cart and the rest for the unit. It does a good job, just for the price not a great job. You would need to purchase the ultra fine filter basket for maintaining a clear pool. For junk the included fine filter works, it just doesn’t get all the dirt or any loose dead algae. It has waterline cleaning which is great. You can control it manually with the app to get it to go where needed. It doesn’t get stuck. The pro has the filter basket vs the two individual filter labels like the lower plus model. The basket is super easy to dump and spray off, holds a lot. The whole thing is pretty lightweight so it’s easy to pull out if the pool. What I didn’t like. Already said it doesn’t include an ultra fine basket which the OEM one is about $100 extra. Also only one cleaning mode, 2 hours cleaning floor/walls/waterline. You can’t choose a quick floor only clean, which really is the majority of the time needed. You also can’t schedule to run say every other day and leave it in the pool. I started the return, intending to buy the Dolphin T45 from Pelicanshops1 for $200 more and get the quick clean, floor only option, so you could run it under the cover. Also includes the ultra fine filter plus a great extra warranty. (They also have an awesome Dolphin comparison chart and video since there are so many models). However I then noticed I could buy the Pro unit only for $400 less so even without the cart it’s saving $300. I figured for $300 less I can deal with no quick clean and bought an ultra fine filter basket. So I’m going to return the bundle and just keep the unit for $799.

Please note that this cleaner only has one way of cleaning. In other words it cleans the floor, wall and water line. Unlike others on the market where you can control which one it does, you have no control over it. It’s going to do all three areas rather you want it to or not. The problem with mine is that it would come out of the water and continuously spin for a little bit (like it’s stuck) and then go back down. After about a month of using it, I started noticing that my liner is coming loose at the top where it gets stuck. I can’t continue to use and let it ruin my liner. Amazon refused to let me return for a refund because I had it over 30 days. It was exactly 37 days when I contacted them. I contacted the actual seller and the person I spoke to seemed to be willing to let me return it but it had to go through Amazon to get the return going. So needless to say, I’m stuck with a pool cleaner that I can’t use for fear of it destroying my liner.
