Amazing customer service
We received this and didn’t think much of doing a review. The box quit working after a few months so we reached out to the seller to see what options we have. You guys… this company is amazing. They went above and beyond to help us and get a working box. Never again will I use any other company than this one. Fantastic people and a great product they stand by! Truly rare customer service level these days. If you need any pool products they sell please use them. Phenomenal

Poor Performance and Customer Service
This pump broke within the 6-month manufacturer’s warranty period. I’ve contacted the manufacturer twice and have now been waiting more than six weeks for the promised replacement. I also contacted the seller and asked for assistance resolving the issue, but the seller offered no assistance. This is the third pump we’ve had to purchase due to repeated pump failures. Based on our experience with both the product reliability and the customer service, I would strongly recommend considering alternatives to Maytronics products.
