Vaccum is worth 5 stars so far. Works great. The caddy on the other hand gets less so that's why the 4 stars. The caddy was horrible to put together. Directions were not correct and hard to follow.

I love this robot.. it’s the E20 and he puts in the work!! It’s on a 2 hour timer that he runs on then when it stops it just means it needs to be taken out to be cleaned. It’s the easiest thing to work with! This one does only come with the one filter basket but we don’t really need the ultra fine filter right now anyways. Also, I ordered the caddy with it and I’ll be honest, it is something I could go without but it’s nice to have just to store the robot in our pool shed. The robot climbs our walls with ease (we have a 30x52 pool I believe, so it’s big LOL) I would buy this robot again a million times. Saves me so much time, and MONEY!

Robot died 2 weeks after purchase, waiting 7 weeks for parts! Same BS line from Customer Support each and every time we call. "Real soon now" We had a Dolphin prior to this new one. It lasted about 5 years. The new one? Died within 2 weeks. Customer support? 2.5 HOURS on hold to get a human EACH TIME we had to call. It has has not arrived and our pool cleanliness is suffering. Is this new management? What went wrong? No tracking number, and worse, not even a trouble ticket number. I made a mistake buying this.

Was a great Pool Cleaner but quit working in about a year. Just stop moving. I like to know if I’m just the only one that have this happen or if anyone knows what can I do to make it work again I really appreciated.

The pool cleaner works as described. We did also get the ultra fine filter to get sand/silt, and it did the trick. It's quiet and it's nice to just put it in and let it do its thing while we do other stuff. Caddy is nice storage and good for moving system. The only complaint we had with the caddy is that it all had to be assembled. Instructions were not super clear. It took my husband over an hour to assemble it, and he is good at following directions and putting things together.

I have an oval 18x33 pool and I bought a cheaper robot last year and it didn’t work. I ended up having to clean my pool manually. I spent the money to buy this robot and it’s a game changer. I can focus on getting my yard ready for fun while it cleans my pool. It even picked up old sand from install 2 years ago. I also added the caddy and its perfect. I love this thing. Highly recommend
