I love this chair. The color is spot on with the picture shown. Durable and very comfy. Not too soft and not too firm. It fits Me (mom) and my Mastiff-pit. Back pillow is removable but the bottom cushion is velcroed to the chair. I would to prefer to be able to flip the bottom cushion occasionally for even wear however the chair is not designed that way. I gave it five stars anyways for two reasons 1. That is just a personal preference not a design flaw. 2. The bottom cushion has a front panel, back panel and a side panel for depth. I love this chair! I added some bling to the buttons to make it pop a bit more. It really is the showpiece of my living room. It is smaller than it looks butt still Comfortable and roomy. I gave it 4 stars because it’s a little lower than I would like to be. But it’s still beautiful!

Was a little nervous ordering furniture through Amazon - I’ve been eyeing this for a long time for my meditation room and I finally pulled the trigger! Received messages and calls immediately from the seller Dolonm to confirm the order and arrange for delivery date. Very professional and trustworthy, they thought there might be a delay because of the truck driver shortage but it arrived early and very professional delivery! Fully assembled so I canceled the add on to have Amazon come assemble for free. All around I’m extremely happy and so is my cat! I realize this will probably be her new bed and I’ll have to fight her for it lol! Person and cat approved! High quality and comfy! I waited so long to receive this package and when I finally got it and put it together, it IS a cute chair HOWEVER please note this chair has no legs and is almost on the ground, the only thing preventing it from sitting flush on the ground is the swivel so this is definitely not a chair for tall people or even average size . I’m 5’ 7” and it is very low in comparison to the rest of my furniture which makes my seating look very awkward. The seller refuses to pay to have it shipped back and refunded, they only offered me $50 partial refund when I spent $581!!! ... show more

It is a beautiful chair, it just does not have a tall enough back for adequate support. The goal was to use this chair in my home office. The dimensions described on the website are not accurate. When I tried to return the chair, they offered a 30% discount but pay a shipping fee. when that was declined to offered for me to keep the chair at half price because as they said I was their "VIP" customer. Unless using this chair for someone who is the height of a toddler or for an animal to lay on, do not order. They need to update their specs and don't make this chair look like something that can be sat in in.
