I got these for a large porch swing. I recommend adding some larger washes on both ends to displace the weight even more across the beam. Quick tip for getting lock nuts on quickly. Take out the hook and slide a screw driver through the hole. Use a long socket to get the lock nut as far as you can. Then a regular wrench to finish if socket isn’t long enough. Don’t rotate the socket, rotate the screw driver on the bottom until you are close to done. Then tighten completely using screw driver to hold the hanger in place while you finish tightening.

Product is great, but be very careful when installing. I had 2 hangers become unusable due to binding of nylon lock nuts. They became galled and immovable. I had to cut the bolts to remove them as the would neither tighten or loosen. BIG waste of money due to this.

Really liked these they work perfectly for what I was needing for putting up hammocks was easy to add chain to make them adjustable read several reviews complaining about the nuts yes they are stiff but they should be to stay locked in place

These nuts and jam nuts were very easy to take off I don’t know why people are complaining that they’re having issues with them at least I’m not having them with mine I bought two boxes of four I had taking them all off no issue
