I picked this up because my dog had gotten into the habit of barking at literally everything outside the window, and I was running out of patience. I was skeptical about ultrasonic devices in general since I’d heard mixed things, but at this price point I figured it was worth a shot. Setup was really straightforward. No complicated instructions, no confusing settings. I had it up and running in just a few minutes. The build is lightweight plastic, which feels a little cheap if I’m being honest, but it’s functional and easy to move around the house. As for results, I noticed a reaction from my dog within the first day or two. When he’d start barking and I activated it, he would stop and look around confused, which gave me the window I needed to redirect him. After about a week of consistent use alongside some basic commands, the barking noticeably decreased.

Works like a charm! Our dog Roxy is nearly 2 years old, but still nips at everything and everybody like a little puppy. She doesn't actually bite, but the nipping gets old, and I really don't like it when she's like that with strangers. I got this today and charged it up. The first time I had to use it, Roxy's ears went up (an impressive feat for a Corgi, whose ears are usually up anyway) and she backed up a few feet. She's acted up a couple times since, but I didn't even have to actually use the device. Just saying "Roxy bad" and showing it to her got her to stop and move away. THAT is perfect. I don't think the ultrasound actually hurts her ears because she didn't cry out...but to be able to get her to respond to verbal cues without using the device is what I was hoping would be the end result. That it happened so quickly makes me very satisfied. I'm sure I'll eventually need to use some reinforcement pings...but it looks like this is exactly what I wanted in a training device. The bright orange appearance is something dogs can see, so after a while I'm going to see if I can substitute something else that's the same color as my, "You need to stop it" warning. It's small, light, and easy to carry...very comfortable so I can take it on walks when she might be interacting with other people. I would NOT use it around other dogs, especially ones that don't belong to me. There is no noise that I can hear, so I appreciate the haptic feedback.

It works well with medium size dogs to small dogs. However, dogs like King shepherds there is no response. It is easy to carry and a positive is the flashlight feature. I like that it's easy to use and it's not bulky which is comfortable. Appearance wise, it looks nice, I very much like the color. Regarding noise, sometimes we too can hear the noise emitted which is a little annoying but it's not all the time. Overall to quiet down or deter a medium sized dog it works well. I was once out on my lawn and a stray dog was approaching, I quickly grabbed the device and on the low setting pressed the button and the dog was able to go back the same direction it was coming from.

We cannot believe how great this works. We have spent $100’s on bark collars, training, yelling and treats and absolutely nothing help with barking. We have 5 dogs so once our golden starts they all chime in. I used this 3 times (I’m not kidding) 3 times and it has corrected it. Dogs walk by, neighbors dogs are out and nothing, no barking. Right now the only thing we have to do is show her the devices and that’s it. This is so worth it to get your sanity back and start loving that baby again!!! This is truly so crazy how great it works!!!
