Spent most of the day riding on this beauty that operates gorgeously. My only complaint is the significant amount of shipping damage. The box arrived perfectly in damages from the outside. However, there’s a lot of damage to the bike most of which obviously occurred during shipping or damaged prior to shipping (see what appears to be paint runs in both fenders). Directions were incredibly complicated and if my husband wasn’t a custom bike builder I would have never been able to get it together. Assembly was challenging, instructions should have close up diagrams of properly assembled components. The electric drive is overpowered. Needs one electric gear lower (less powerful) than the existing first gear to make shared pedalling/electric easier.     • Prepare for Trouble if you buy this Trike

There is a lot to unpack for this Electric Trike. First off the Trike comes completely unassembled. I have put together three Rad Electric Bikes no problem. This trike was a whole other story. The instructions were vague and poorly photographed, and the online video was a little more helpful, but so fast as to be useless. The GOOD: The trike looks fantastic, and when you get it put together, it actually runs well. The BAD: Customer service is useless, and even though we had missing parts and could not make heads nor tails of the instructions they only offered to send us $10 for the trouble. We tried to return the Trike but would have to pay hundreds in shipping. So we ended up taking what parts we had to a local Bike Shop and paid a $120 to have the pros assemble it. Buyer beware! The UGLY: When you pay $800 or more on a product, you expect it to be good. This should not have had missing parts, and honestly it could have been partially assembled to make setting this up a breeze. Instead this was a pile of crap that cost additional money and time to make functional. ... show more

Only complaint there is a lot of assembly to this trike. 5 Month later and still works fine. Only thing I'd change is the display is small for old eyes to read.
