I bought this to replace an ancient floor jack of the same size. I am very impressed with the quality and lighter weight than the bulky standard of the past. The building materials make it just as heavy duty, strong and durable as the older jacks with smoother easier function. I also love the included carrying case. Great quality and value.

I used this jack very little. Within a year it started leaking from where the small metal pole is that the handle pushes up and down. I was simply going to replace the o-ring in there. Before I ever attempted to, the metal piece which attaches the pole to the handle snapped! The jack failed in 2 places with little use over a very short period of time. For something that should last a decade or so this is garbage. A huge waste of my $50 for a year of little use. I tried emailing the manufacturer with no response. Finally, I called them. I explained everything and they were completely unwilling to do a thing. They said they didn’t respond to my email because I ordered the product a year ago. She said her superior would contact me back and never did. DO NOT BUY. WASTE OF MONEY. You’ll be buying a fragile product that ought to be very durable.

Opened the box and immediately noticed the case that it came in was broken. Probably happened in shipping and not the shippers fault, but still broken none the less, not happy about it. The jack does not seem affected, so i will just live with it, i guess,
