The case was broken in several places, returned and order again and case was again cracked and crushed inward. So if ordering because comes with a case…. Do Not!! Have not used Jack yet….will review that later.

Purchased on October 11, 2023. Finally needed to use the jack on December 27, 2023. The hydraulic fluid completely leaked out of the top of the jack. Called the company on December 29, 2023, to determine my options. I was told that my order wasn't in their system, it was past the return period, and for the price I paid there was nothing they could do! While the jack was not expensive, I believe as a consumer I have a right to expect it to work more than once and to last longer than two and a half months. I am flabbergasted at how this company handled the issue, a product they sold which never function properly or honestly at all! ... show more
