    • 1st time used- Knobs on bolt break off an NO support given by seller!

UPDATE- 2 knobs from the bolts to tighten them down have broken off now and we have only used it 1 time! Seller has stopped replying to even asking about getting replacement bolts!! Instructed by Amazon before my return time ended to go to manufacture. Following that process it took days to get to the fact they told me I had to go to Amazon but then I was 1 day outside 30 days to return so NO-ONE WILL BACK PRODUCT!! DO NOT PURCHASE!!! Instructions are extremely blurry and not user friendly at all. Just having pictures is fine if you can actually see the images. Knob to tighten broke off on bolt first time we used it and a second one is lose. Email sent to customer service took 3 days for them exchanging emails to say contact Amazon yet Amazon says to contact the company directly! ... show more
