Seems to be holding up well so far. Not a direct install, requires square plastic plastictabs to be routed or dremeled out of roof rack on the murano to fit perfect as noted by manufacturer. Went on in under 2 hours with "help" from wife on her car roof.

Great product sturdy and well designed fits my 2017 Nissan Murano perfectly. Tip: in order to put the racks you have to remove the side channels and cut out the plastic square (1) for each side. As you can imagine this is not only time consuming but potential to damage the side channels. Instead of taking the side channels to cut off the squares I used an Oscillating Saw with a 3" blade. I was able to cut the squares in less than 5min perfectly. Keep a steady hand and make sure to not cut pass the plastic channel. The racks were installed in less than 40min. ... show more

I purchased this for my 2016 Murano. It came without instructions and at first I thought it didn't fit so I planned on returning it. I reached out to our local Nissan dealsership with questions on how they install their cross bars. They sent me a full set of instructions. After following the instructions the crossbars fit perfectly on my Murano. There is plastic that needs to be removed from the rails in order to attach the crossbars, without removing the plastic the crossbars do not fit. Nissan confirmed they remove the plastic as well when installing crossbars in the service department. I am very satisfied with the quality of this item. I had one screw hole that was not drilled out when we recieved the item but we were able to do that ourselves very easily. ... show more

We purchased these crossbars due to the fact that the description stated it would fit a 2015 Nissan Murano. This is not the case! They are about 2 inches longer (across) than they should be. Now we’re stuck with an expensive item, that more than likely is not returnable. We have worked on the installation for going on 2 days.
