I was SO nervous to get a gaming chair, especially one online, and this one has exceeded my expectations by so much. It’s sturdy, it’s comfortable, and it’s very well made. I got this as a birthday gift for my fiancé because the current chair we have has staples poking through and it’s super worn out (we thrifted it for $5), and he works on the computer for long hours and games a lot as well (we also do D&D online several times a week and that takes up a lot of hours too) so I wanted to make sure it was a GOOD chair. He says it’s perfect, it’s very comfortable and the adjustable back that locks in place is perfect to swap between working and gaming. I was initially worried because I don’t know anything about gaming chairs, and all the gaming chairs I found were very firm and looked uncomfortable. This one looked much better than the rest, and I’m very happy with it. My fiance and I have different tastes in firmness/softness of seating, but this one seemed like a good balance and I was right! I also use the desktop sometimes and it was comfortable for me as well. The chair is a good size, I was worried it would be too narrow like a lot of chairs on here. I love the adjustable footrest and the adjustable back! I also LOVE that the back can lock in place. The material is nice quality and it’s surprisingly light weight! The process to put everything together was pretty easy - I got worried because I couldn’t find the instructions but they were with the seat of the chair. Absolute 10/10 Genuinely so glad I made this purchase, it’s a great investment and I’m very excited!

Setup was easy. Took maybe 40 minutes. I was impressed with how good the chair looked once assembly was complete. Very comfortable chair. The seat cushion hit the right spot for me. Not too stiff and not too squishy. The head rest and lumbar support are comfortable too. I also like how far back the chair can recline. The leg support is a nice addition as well, although I do wish it extended out more. The chair is pretty sturdy and appears well made. Overall its a great gaming chair and I am glad I purchased it.

I was pleasantly surprised by how great this chair is! Assembly was straightforward, and the instructions were clear—it took me about 20 minutes to put it together by myself. The chair feels very sturdy and well-built, with smooth-rolling wheels and strong armrests. Comfort-wise, it’s excellent. The padding is thick but not too soft, so it supports me well during long gaming or work sessions. This is a very comfortable chair and the massage function works well. Is it perfect, no. It came with a small hole in the fabric on the side, but everything else works perfectly. Am I sending it back, absolutely not. You can’t even see the hole and it’s not in a spot that is stretched. For this quality it’s worth the price.

My wife has a spinal tumor and requires a certain type of support as she sits. This chair is very rigid in the bones, having heavy steel plate that has been epoxy coated to reinforce the tough synthetic the outer parts are made of. I believe this synthetic is HDPE. I have tried to tip the chair, tumble backward whilst reclining, none of these activities were successful. The seat is wide and thickly padded. The back rest extends above the head by 3 or 4 inches and comes with a removable cushion. The lower back cushion is also removable and has a vibrating massage function powered by your own 5 volt USB adapter. The foot rest extends and stows easily, and the controls to raise and lower the seat and lock the recliner function are on the right. I fell asleep in this chair. Very comfortable even after 6 hours. She chose the PINK version, and it certainly creates a neutral space in the room. This is a great beginning gaming or office chair. Do yourself a favor and also purchase the plastic carpet protector. You will have a better experience with it.

This is a good size for us big guys and gals, Comes with two supports one for the back, one for the neck. But the one for the back is too thick for bigger folks. The seat is well, hard. Feels like a thin cushion on a steel seat. Need more seat padding. The back is good, kinda odd reclining control, but the "footrest" or whatever that is too short and pretty flimsy. But the worst is telling us this is a 400lb rated chair. NOPE!! Exactly ONE MONTH as passed and the gas piston is dead. It no longer supports me ONE MONTH!!!! Seller said contact the manufacturer. Manufacturer ZILCH, NADA, ZERO Contact. If you are north of 300lbs, this aint the chair. Never have found an affordable chair that can support me and folks like me. IF they cant put a piston that can deal with us into a 120 buck chair, why should I spend $400+ on one with no proof the piston is any better? And of course getting a chair in blue is dang near impossible, but I got lucky here! Color is good and it look really nice. Too bad the cheaped the hell out on the piston, LIKE EVERY OTHER CHAIR IN THIS PRICE RANGE! Hey Amazon, if the piston in the chair fails within a month then they are LYING about the weight capacity. UPDATE! Yep they lied. The piston collapsed even further. Now the chair flops left or right. There are metal shavings seen every now and then. My rug has fluid stains from the piston. Since the "Customer Service" was non-existent and I would NOT be helped, I decided to just see how bad it could get. While it is still barley in one piece, the arms are loose while the screws are tight. The seat padding is still hard, but has not gotten worse. The back of the chair is fine. In short you get what you pay for. While I really like the colors this was a disaster. Amazon, PLEASE test the claims of these chairs. There is no way even a 300lb person could get quality service out of this chair.

It was really easy to put together I did it myself then like an hour and it is very comfortable I use it as my makeup chair for my vanity and the only thing I guess I just get used to is the pillow on my lower back it can be comfortable I guess depending on your size but at least it is adjustable and it can come off and put back on so that's pretty cool it feels very durable and I can like sit in it Indian style or across my legs so I really like that about it because I really want to be flexible and comfortable when I'm sitting there for such a long time and the fabric is really soft and I do like the colors are really nice too so if I were you I would grab it if you want something that is going to be comfortable durable sturdy and firm

Chair is good. Lumbar massage isn't that good to be honest. Do not buy this chair for the massager. Our main issue was assembly. Some of the screws did not want to go in. We had a miserable time with the bottom left arm rest screw. On the back while it wasn't nearly as bad, it took us a minute to get those in too by changing the screws for each hole. It was like the holes were made for specific screws of that mm. Start with the bottom screws first though. I feel those 2 steps should be reversed. Directions did a good job labeling though. It does help having somebody help you. However some advice when putting on the 5th leg is to pull up towards you while lifting if that makes sense. I'm on the shorter side so it feels very deep when reaching for the lift and recliner levers. Still a little frustrated about the assembly process but that's my review.
