Instructions need work. 04/08/23 I received an answer from Amhooen: After checking with our engineers, hope below information will help you: 1. There's no switch on the controller. Is this supposed to be a momentary contact switch? Answer: This is not a momentary contact switch. And the "SWITCH"on the the controller is used to switch the power supply between the battery and the solar panel. As Coop-Door Opener don't need this function, so we remove this part and the function is removed. 2. Controller didn't work until I started playing with a micro-switch on the board, probably "paired" the remote to it. No explanation on the instructions or in troubleshooting. Ans: Our products have been fully inspected before leaving the factory, and probably there will be a very small number of failures that require re-coding. We have provided a code-pairing video about this question for reference by customers who need it. 3. There's a connection option for a solar pad, but no explanation for it. Is it available? What voltage? Ans : As our reserved function, the solar pad is intact and can be used normally. The solar pad must be used in conjunction with the battery. If you want to connect the solar pad, the AC terminal needs to be replaced with a battery. The power supply voltage is DC 12V 4. Is that a light sensor on the controller? Is it used? Can it be used? Ans: There is not a light sensor on the controller. Considering that many chicken coop door products in the market report that the light sensor has potential safety hazards, our product does not set up this function.

The media could not be loaded. My original door did not work but this door I built works great. Will need a little seal around it to keep out draft but works well from what I can see. But only just hooked up today Dec 8th 2022. Will post how it works in a year or so. But Happy holidays to fellow chicken owners

We bought this door opener and it stopped working in 3 months The Amazon warranty is expired but there is information on this site that says tbe manufacturer will give a 24 month warranty but Amazon can not give me the information related to the manufacturer for me to contact them for repair/replacement So Amazon will false advertise just to get your money WE DONT TRUST AMAZON ANY MORE

When I close them up at night with the remote control every 3 minutes the door will open back up why is this what's going on is there a way to change the frequency in case it's with somebody else's
