For the price? Fantastic!
First off, this thing is heavier than I expected. Shipping marked it as 23 pounds, but 23 pounds of steel tubing is pretty substantial for support. This isn't pot metal. Second? It comes mostly assembled. You have to screw on the shifter pad, but that's it. There are over a hundred stands for a Logitech G29 wheel/pedal/shifter combo for sale and I was hesitant on this one, but I took a chance because it was one of the most compact. I had a Wheel Stand Pro years ago with a different wheel and I liked it, but the design with the center pole prevented it from folding flat. This looked like the most minimal design offered with a two-pillar structure. So let's get into the good and bad: Good: * Price * Solid build - this thing is solid. Assembled with the steering wheel it might slide on a polished floor, but just by adding a friction pad you could stop that. with the full kit added it weighs about 34 pounds. Easy enough to move but heavy enough to stick on carpet. * Ratchet option - you can adjust the height of the wheel by ratcheting the legs together or apart. * Gives you the ability to manage the 10 million cables Logitech requires for a full sim set. I had some extra cable wrap that cleaned it up nice (see pictures) * Includes enough screws/nuts to mount at least most Logitech wheel packages from the past 15 years. * Folding/unfolding is amazing - ratchet mechanism lets you increase the height of the wheel if you want but it also makes the folding action one-way once you start (see video) * Thin profile once folded, all things considered - You can't shove this under a bed with the steering wheel attached, but it takes up far, far less space when folded. I live in a small apartment, the folding option is great. * Wheel brake for office chairs - it has an arm with a cup to stop your wheeled office chair from sliding around while you are using it. This is f***** brilliant (see picture). Cons: * Platforms are too thin to use the desk vices and require extra padding to use, which also add needed support in addition to the provided screws (see pictures). I would strongly recommend buying wood blocks or something to fill in the gaps so the desk vices also provide support. * Lateral support is a little weak - this is to be expected since the stand is on the thin side. If you tend to jerk yourself side to side during gaming sessions the stand will easily tip - it is top-heavy. * At full extension, the center of gravity is too far forward - At the full height, the steering wheel extends too far forward in the default position, which makes the stand want to fall forward instead of backward. This isn't a big deal if you have a light touch, but you might notice if you instinctively "pull" on your steering wheel because you will tip the entire stand towards you. Other reviewers have added weights to the back of the stand as a solution. If you are in the "want to get better" market for racing sim games and you don't have a lot of space for a stand, this is the one for you. It doesn't cost a ton of money, it's built solid, and it's small compared to everything else. In addition, it has the ratchet option so you can make the stand higher or lower to your liking.

35hr playtime update
(Will be updating as I get more time with the stand) Been using this with my g920 and logitech h-shifter. So far, I've only had two issues. I have no complaints though, both are easily fixed. The first (and more major of the two) is that after about 25 hours of playtime, the metal arm that extends out that you can bolt the shifter onto became very loose. This is fine though, as it's just the minimal task of tightening a couple bolts after a week of use. The second issue is that you can't really drive too aggressively with the stand right out of the box. It moves the actual stand around too much, but I've found this is easily fixed by putting two 25lbs weights on the other end of it. In the end, I think this is a great stand and is definitely a good option if you're on a budget. I'm still giving it five stars since the only issues I've had with it are very easily worked around.

AWESOME....Easy as a Folding Chair
First, this comes literally all put together, just add the Wheel Kit. The screws fit all the slots and holes. Wire management even got a help, with 3 velcro strips. BIG ADVANTAGE for me, was this folds up like a folding chair, no bolts to take out of awkward slots, literally a under 5 second deal (assuming you've unplugged the power and usb), and you are ready to transport.) Note it's about 5 lbs. lighter also, than some of the other leading options. IF you use the Shifter arm, it will stick out, and the pedals will stick out some. (as noted by others, the shifter arm, has a little give to it, but not bad) Deploys just as easy, and hook up power & usb; easy adjustment of pedals angle with a ratcheting mechanism. I added a couple more velcro ties, heavy duty velcro to hold power block to lower leg, and wire management cover over some of the wiring for looks. Well and thoughtfully engineered, making it very convenient & mobile.

Great Product
Exactly as described. Incredibly simple to assemble and set up. I live in a small apartment so I appreciate the ability to fold up. It is very stable and has very little to no wiggle, it is very sturdy. I know you can find similar items for lower price but those required much more assembly. I was willing to pay more for the easy and quick set up. I highly recommend for any casual sim driver.

Sturdy and Easy to Store
I just got this and expected to find a place in my room to put it when I'm playing other games but no, it folds up super neatly and fits under the desk easily. To set it back up you just flatten out the bottom and tighten 3 bolts and you're set to go again. I also thought that I'd have to put a dumbbell at the end of it to keep it from jumping off the ground through hard turning, but also no. While it occasionally lifts off to one side a little bit, it's hardly noticable, and won't be a problem for more skilled players who know how to keep the movements smooth. Final thought: I think it would be useful to add a slider mechanism to kick the wheel out a bit more so that the pedals are further for people with long legs. And possibly another extension piece for a handbrake. Other than those 2 suggestions, I'd still give this a 5/5 and absolutely recommend it to anyone who's building a more simple rig with a wheel, pedals, and shifter.

A solid stand for entry-level couch play.
Works great with my T248. Easily adjustable to be comfortable while racing from the couch. I did have to mount the pedals further back for comfort, but the hard points on my pedals and the mounting holes on the stand allowed me to still get 3 M6 screws into the pedals, so they're plenty sturdy. Folds up easily enough for storage in a closet, while fully assembled but not exactly out of sight in the living room. Direct drive or stronger wheels probably are a bad move with this stand. The wheel mount is sturdy, but definitely can flex and move under heavier force, and the plastic "rack and pinion" lock is a weak point to consider in the future. Overall a great value for an entry level couch sim racing rig. Plus it's fun to tell people you're going to go play with your Diwangus. Who even comes up with these names?

It’s alright for what it is!
For the price, it isn’t too bad at all. With how much adjustability there is to it, even with my Logitech G27 mounted, I am able to just fold down the steering wheel part, lowering the stand down a bit and slide it under desk. The only downside is that.. with how Logitech wheels are made, they being gear driven, the vibration from the wheel shakes the whole cockpit like crazy. It’s my fault mostly for buying such a budget “new-used” sim racing wheel. Another issue is the shifter mount, I find it rubbing against my thigh time to time and I feel like the location is a bit too low for me. The shifter mount doesn’t seem to have any adjustability but once again, for what it is, if you think you are not going to stick with sim racing for too long then I would suggest this. BUT.. if you are going to stick with sim racing, I’d recommend saving up a little bit more, plan out where you are going to place your rig, and buy more sturdy for your setup.
