I think the quality of these pillow inserts is really nice. Just perfect amount of fluffiness. Love how it’s machine washable. Love how the pillows even have a removable cover. Warning: You must buy one size up on the pillows! So I bought 20x20 pillows and 18x18 covers. Before I put the pillows into the covers, the pillows were about 6 inches deep of fluffiness. Once you put them into your pillow cases (don’t forget cases must be one size smaller) the thickness of the pillow is 7 inches at least for me. I wanted to mention also, someone complained they didn’t like how the zipper doesn’t go all the way to the corner making it hard to get the pillow out. This is done on purpose because a stitched corner is stronger than a corner held by a zipper. A lot of pressure is on the corner and by stopping the zipper an inch or so in is a feature of a good strong design.

Comfy “chop” pillows!

Love these inserts! I accidentally bought 20”x20” for my 20”x20” pillow covers, but it actually fills them nicely. I wanted couch pillows that looked nice, but also were ideal for napping. These are it! They remind me of the expensive down alternative pillows I have for my bed. They also allow for the perfect “chop”, if that’s your thing!

Great Pillow Inserts

These are great 20” x 20” pillow inserts. They have a cool cotton cover with a zipper if for some reason you want to take out some of the filling or need to wash them. I used these 20” x 20” inserts for two 18” x 18” pillow covers so that the final pillow will be nice and full! It’s nice to have the option to use these pillow inserts on different pillow covers so you can switch out if you change your room decor! I will be utilizing these inserts for many, many years. Price was fair too. Thanks again Amazon for another great product offering.

Go with the size chart they recommend for covers. I have 18x18 covers and got the 20x20 inserts and they are perfectly filled out!!!! These pillows are fluffy yet dense. Definitely recommend!

This is an update to my previous poor review. After reading my review, the seller contacted me and asked if they could send me a new set. I agreed to try another set and I can now say without question that the first set I received must have been a fluke, because the new set is exceptionally good. Very well made, heavy and full and fit the 18" X 18" pillow case cover fantastically - including the corners! I have to give a 5+ rating to the seller on this one. I won't hesitate to order additional pillow inserts from Leeden in the future. The minute I took these out of the packaging, I knew they weren't as advertised, but I gave them a shot just the same. They were just horrible. The stuffing didn't even begin to fill the insert and after much trying, I wasn't able to even budge any of the lumps, let alone get stuffing into the corners of the pillow. I've purchased other brands and should have purchased one of those instead. Back they go.

Nicer than expected!

I know...why get excited about pillow inserts?! But, these are so much nicer than any others I've ever purchased from fabric or craft stores, and at a very reasonable price. They are filled with lots of very soft fiber than really mimics down- I threw mine in the dryer for a few minutes and they came out super fluffy. The high quality 100% cotton covers could almost be left uncovered, and there have zippers so they can be washed- not that cheap synthetic stuff that tears and gets nasty looking. These will last for years. I am so impressed.

Firm and fluffy, perfect for 18x18 pillow cover

I love these 20" pillows! They are fluffy, and they firmly fill out the 18" square covers I had purchased. I recommend that you place them inside your selected cover BEFORE you open the plastic they come in. It's easier than stuffing them in after opening the vacuum seal. I did it wrong the first pillow, and right the second one. Once it's in the pillow cover, you can tear the plastic bag and work it if the pillow from inside the cover and slip the plastic out.

I really like this brand of pillow inserts

They come very flat and puff up very well within minutes of opening the package. The cases are made well and have nice zippers to make the inside removable if washing is needed. They are always exactly the size they say they are. This is the 3rd time I have ordered them and I will order more when I need new pillow inserts. The little card of directions is very amusing and always tickles me with its sense of humor. I had a pair of beautiful 22" handwoven silk pillowcases needing inserts so I purchased 24" inserts and they are perfect.
