I think that these are very useful for certain applications, for starters kitchen lighting may not be it in the long run due to so much recharging and cords and etc. But when it comes to lighting in non high traffic areas it's a winner! Think more like lighting for closets or such.

Loved the size (quite thin & compact-about 7"long) & the Motion Sensor feature works great. There doesn't seem to be a color option on this light...only white. A Matte Black option would be GREAT! Reason for my 4 Star Brightness Rating, was that (for 48 LED's per light), I'd hoped the lighting (at highest setting) would be super-bright (not a complaint-as full brightness is still decent lighting). I would've chosen the 6 pack option on this light, but I found it confusing that the details of the "6 pack lights" did not appear to be the same as the 4 pack features. These lights work fine, but they do not throw enough light to wow anyone--this could be just what you want. The motion detection is directional so do not expect it to pick motion up ninety degrees from the direction it is facing. The chief concern to me is that when consistently using these, you can expect to need to recharge them weekly. These work well and do fit the need. ... show more

    • Perfect for lighting hard to see spaces
These mount with a double sided adhesive directly to the inside of a cabinet or closet and stay in place with an magnetic strip. They charge quickly and can be motion activated or switched to on. The motion detector is sensitive and the light is bright for dark areas of a cabinet or closet.

The motion sensors are great. The lights are not very bright and you do have to charge them about once a week.
