The clean lines and plank-style tabletop give it a rustic charm that works beautifully in both traditional and modern interiors. Sturdy needs improvement. Its wobble even when fully extended. We used the extra screws and placement which help lessen movements. Assembly was straightforward with clear instructions – it took about an hour with two. It comfortably seats 6 people without the leaf, and with the extension, it expands to fit up to 10 guests – perfect for holidays and gatherings. Make sure to wipe and not leave as table does stain easily. If you're looking for a large, extendable dining table with classic farmhouse appeal and budget friendly this is an excellent choice. It’s both aesthetic and practical, and it easily adapts to everyday meals or larger social gatherings. Highly recommended!

This table is not worth the money or effort. We had it put together for a couple of days. It scratched easily. And then I went to move it a couple of inches and it completely fell apart. As in the screws ripped out and pieces of wood feels off in chunks. This was after we extended it, put the extended pieces in then took them out and made it the small size again. I put the box at the trash, put the runner and a plant on the table. Then tried to straighten the orientation. The result is in the picture. Called to return it. I submitted the above picture. The seller physically wants the table back. Amazon representative assure me UPS would arrive to box it up and return it by Friday. I’m currently on hold and have been on the phone. For 25 minutes. This table is still in pieces on my dining room floor and I’m on hold and don’t have my money back. DO NOT BUT THIS TABLE

Table is very nice, but the corners are chipped on the table and the extensions. I didn't notice until we sat down to use it the first time. That is disappointing because of the price and to get chips in it stinks. I hope it holds up well even with those defects.

Be ready to work. It took 4 hours, and 2 grown men - one being an engineer - with a lot of patience and additional tools to assemble it. I guess that’s why there’s an $199.99 option for professional assembly! The instructions were incomplete, some holes were missing to install the extension mechanism, some were in the wrong place. The 2 leaves would not fit in until the pins were shaved by a few millimeters to slide them in and out the top when extending the table. The quality is good enough and once assembled, it is sturdy and looks good, although it is much greyer and darker than expected based on the photos.

As for the experience of using the table, when I first received it, I was a bit disappointed when I opened the box because I didn't carefully read its title. I only looked at the picture, which showed a chair. I thought it was a set, but the received table didn't come with a chair, so I was disappointed. But I still really like the quality and appearance design of the table. The table has a switch, which can be enlarged during family gatherings, and can be reduced to a smaller size for family meals without taking up space. Therefore, I would like to remind friends who want to buy it. There is only a table, no chairs.

This table did take a while to arrive problems with seller and FedEx getting into the right address. Communication wasn’t the best with seller. Table did come with light scratches all on the top of the table. A corner of the siding is loose and there is a dent in the top of The table. Please see pictures for details. Overall, the instructions were pretty good for putting the table together. Some of the pictures don’t make sense and I first put the table together with two pieces the middle pieces the wrong way had to flip the rectangle around, not a good description of where to put the black metal sliders, but we eventually figured it out. It is definitely a two person job to put the main big parts together I was able to do most of the stuff with screws on my own
