I ordered a set of 4 chairs and it came in 2 separate packages at 2 different times of the day so keep that in mind. The chairs look good on the surface but when you go and pick them up they are super lightweight (about 5 lbs each) so definitely feels cheap and maybe probably not meant to support too much weight. The comfort of the chairs are just fine for long sitting sessions but nothing to write home about. Assembly was simple enough with picture instructions and tools included for each chair. Now one of the chairs I bought had a woodworking defect that caused one of the screws to not have any support. I took pictures and reached out to the seller via Amazon and they got back to me within 24 hours and offered me a replacement that came within the same week. So while the chairs are nice and affordable, I was much more impressed with the customer service. ... show more

I received my chairs, and like a few other reviews, they were a little smaller than I expected. I would say these are closer to Kitchen table chairs rather than dining room chairs. Very easy assembly, easy instructions. Since they are smaller in size and width on the seat, for anyone over 150 pounds they aren't as comfortable as the seat is somewhat narrow. However since using these as dining room chairs, I figured people aren't sitting here for more than an hour at a time, and not as often. One of the cushions was defective, with an indention we couldn't remove. I contacted the seller and they were amazingly fast to respond and handled the issue quickly. My boyfriend hated my Ikea stools at my kitchen table. I showed him pictures of chair options and he picked these. One of the chairs has a weird bubble in the back of the seat bottom, see picture. The feet are scratched up, showing white not black, see picture. But what really bothers me is the patchwork wooden seats. One has more patch work then the other, but neither are a solid wood, see pictures. They were easy to assemble. However i did put one front leg on backwards it has a very slight difference in slope where it attaches. The directions tell you to tighten the bolts 90%. I tighten then, only screwing them together 90% is going to make a weak chair that will break. Im hoping these chairs last a few years. They were cheap, I get that. ... show more

I ordered the set of four chairs. My boyfriend had a really hard time assembling these, which is crazy because they are chairs. Together, we've assembled plenty of furniture: desks, dressers, bookshelves, etc. After tightening the chair legs, every single one of the front left legs is short, so you have to leave the chair glides (the bottom piece of the chair leg) a little loose to compensate for the height. One of the chairs actually almost broke from under me. The company did send two replacement chairs, but the seller consistently addressed me as "Hi Customer" even though I reminded them of my name. One of the replacement chairs was manufactured such that once assembled, the seat and the chair back didn't line up correctly. The upholstery and the seat are comfortable, but not worth the anxiety I have that another chair will break beneath me. I'm about 180 lbs...well within the advertised weight limit for the chair. ... show more
