I am so frustrated with the protective wrap. I'd like to use the liner but I cannot get it out of this protective wrap. Why woukd a company wrap the pencil so tightly without a way to rip it off. Finally able to remove the plastic wrap. Besides the too secured plastic wrap I like the pencil. I purchased 3 colors and they glide easily along the line of my eye. Opened it up, tried it on my hand and the tip broke off. I do love the color, but if this is an indication on how the eyeliner will work, then I will not be a big fan. We shall see.

This is the perfect water line liner to make you look like you got 8 hours of sleep! I will say it doesn't last more than a few hours on my water line so I do have to reapply at least once during the day if I want to maintain the awake look.
