This is a great patio set. We searched for a while to find one that was comfortable, not cheap looking, and also had a fire pit. This one fit the bill. Pros: 1. It is easy to assemble. We put a movie on and the teenagers helped assemble the whole thing. Fun family activity. 2. Customer Service is excellent. We ordered this during the crazy Christmas shipping time so different pieces arrived on different days. After about a week, one corner piece still had not arrived. I reached out to the company through Amazon and they responded quickly. They sent out a replacement corner piece and we got it in a couple of days. 3. The set looks nice! We originally ordered the tan cushions, but when it arrived, they had more of a yellowish tone than we were expecting. I reached out to Customer Service again. They were so good about it and offered to send out the grey cushion covers for just the cost of shipping. I really like the grey cushions better! Excellent customer service. Cons: 1. The pieces move around a lot and separate from each other leaving gaps. Here’s an easy fix! Purchase these clips. Just go ahead and throw them in your cart now. We will see how that works out. Overall, we are really happy with this set. It is so comfy, the company has excellent customer service, love the fire pit, and it looks great in our backyard!

This patio set shipped & was to our door really quickly! It came in 6-8 boxes, but my husband had it all put together within a few hours. It wasn’t complicated at all. The set is beautiful & looks great on our screened porch. It is very sturdy & comfortable. Bc the price was so much lower than comparable patio sets like this one, I was worried that the cushions would be thin or lower quality, but they are great, & very comfortable. They are not thin or flimsy at all. The fire pit that came w/ it is also great. It’s easy to start & is really pretty. Overall, we are SUPER happy w/ our purchase & feel like we got a GREAT deal! *I would recommend buying the clips to clip the chairs/pieces together in whichever configuration you decide on doing. They don’t slide a lot, but we bought the clips & it just adds even more convenience & we don’t have to move the set around or adjust bc of them.

I received my final shipment right before Mother's Day and I have literally been on it every day that it has not rained since we put it together. The look is beautiful, quality is great (nice and solid). It was fairly easy to assemble and it's actually quite comfortable. A couple of suggestions: even though I love the color of the cushions that I chose, I would recommend going a little darker since it's hard to keep the lighter colors clean.(they do wash nicely though). If using the fire pit for an extended period of time, make sure to keep the flame on low otherwise the fire will draw the propane out too quickly and will create condensation on the tank causing the flame to go out. (This is a common problem with propane firepits and isn't specific to this manufacturer. It doesn't happen immediately and you can get an hour or two of a high flame without it happening, but leaving it on low (which is still a good flame that throws off plenty of heat) will allow you to sit in front of the fire indefinitely.) The cushions do slide around on the seat, but I put some of the non-slip rug pads underneath them and they are staying in place very nicely. Customer service is outstanding. I didn't have any issues, but thought that a piece that hadn't arrived yet was actually missing. They replied to my email, on a Saturday, almost immediately and with a very pleasant and courteous response. Overall I'm very pleased with my purchase and have already recommended to 2 friends who ultimately purchased sets for themselves. :)

The media could not be loaded. Mostly Pros, minor cons Overall I’m rating 5 stars, it’s a pretty set, packaged well & is as pictured. Checked all the “want “ boxes for us: plenty of seating, really nice fire table with glass AND glass beads which I didn’t even realize it came with! Minor cons: pieces didn’t align great so made assembly a bit longer, hubby got it all together though & wasn’t too annoyed, lol. Lastly, it’s not going to be spa resort comfy- if you’re of pro football or NBA stature just know the backs are shorter. Cushions are nice, not super plush but it’s not a 3K-5K set either, so if you want spa feel you need to buy from a nice furniture store (but you’ll pay at least 3k from what I’ve found). However, it’s a great set! Beautiful, seems well made , cushions are thick & feels like a decent value for the money. Enjoy!

Very sturdy, easy to install, semi-comfy but this is outdoor furniture, not luxury living space furniture...Go inside if you are looking for that. I would recommend this set for sure. Customizable setup and the fire (Propane tank not included) sits nicely under the end table like enclosure acting as a dual purpose item (end table/hide the tank). Fire pit really puts off nice heat for the size. One downside is the metal clips that hold the glass in place over the fire pit (Not necessary but really adds to the design and protects you in windy situations) have plastic on the ends of the screws to hold against the glass. While this seems to make sense so you don't have metal on glass and breaking it by over screwing it to be tight, it is very poor thinking as the plastic obviously melts from the heat and thus the clips slide to the base of the 4 corners of the glass and glass falls over.
