I was skeptical because this item for what you get is much less expensive than anything else I've looked at. I got the blue one with the square fire pit table. So far we love it. My husband wishes the backs went up a little higher but he'll get over it. It seems sturdy and is comfortable. At first I was concerned because it arrives in several boxes and it took a few days for one remaining piece to get to us but the customer service was fantastic in responding quickly and giving us a tracking number on that last piece. We also had an issue with the metal clips that hold the fire pit glass together as the screw holes were rough and we were afraid they would crack the glass but they responded quickly once again and sent us a new set. All is well now! As a side note, we did spray it with Scotch Guard to help preserve the fabric and now water rolls off. It looks great in our yard. Can't wait to entertain and enjoy it all summer long! Highly recommend the set and the seller! ... show more

The set came quickly and was complete with no missing parts. Instructions were easy to follow but assembly was time consuming since you cannot get more than 1/2 turn for most of the bolts with the supplied allen wrench. The furniture seems to be well made for the price and really looks nice once assembled and set up. The gas tank is not housed inside the table so there is a gas hose coming out from underneath to the storage bin and could be a trip hazard. It would be nice if the table was large enough to house the tank. The pillows are light weight and easily blow off/over in a light wind. Overall very happy so far with this product. ... show more

Awesome value, easy to assemble! My dogs instantly hopped on it with us. The fire pit was easy to assemble. Fire pit instantly worked, and kicks off a ton of heat. The pillows are comfy. Nice comfortable set fits in a small area. It was easy to assemble and they make sure your given more then enough screws. To me about 2 hours to assemble and it was during my cocktail hour. I am looking for another set for my Michigan home. You would need to store it in the winter months. Frank

This furniture set looks great, but I have a few issues. First issue is that the cushions aren't held in place, so if you put it into an L shape and try to sit in the corner, the cushions slide forward. Second issue is you have to slouch down to sit in it comfortably, given that that seat is much deeper than the back is tall. It's a very odd design. Haven't used to fire table yet, but I wish the propane tank went under the table itself instead of having the awkward hose that has to come out of the side. DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM OR THIS SELLER!!! From the moment it was delivered there were issues. The boxes were ripped and damaged. The pictures online are enhanced!!! The red color cushions we ordered are not the bright red they display. The wicker is a plastic blend and is very cheap material. From the first box we opened we found broken plastic pieces. We had paid someone to put this over 100 piece set (with screws and washers) together and when it was finished it DOES NOT LINE UP straight at all. The front and back is skewed. The fire pit did not light from the ignition. It had to be light by match and creates a small gas explosion when lit which burned my arm and hairs. We immediately started communication and a claim with Amazon and the seller. We sent many pictures of the damaged sectional and followed their trouble shooting protocol for the fire pit not working. The sellers answer to the damaged pieces was "send us the individual pieces back and we'll send new pieces". This would involve paying someone again to dismantle the sectional and wait for the new pieces then pay someone a 3rd time to assemble it again. After some discussion with my wife we ultimately decided that it truly it not what the seller described and that there are too many issues with it. We asked for a refund and the seller said no and that we were past the time they allow for returns. We asked Amazon to step in and they said it was up to the seller. We have asked the seller many times for a refund explaining that the fire pit is unsafe and a hazard, the materials are cheap, damaged and not as described however they are not of integrity and are not willing to refund us our money. Save your money and buy from another seller and not from a company that is unwilling to do the right thing. Shame on you seller. ... show more
