Bring your own heater
Produces no discernable heat. The overall look is slightly unrealistic. It was easy to install by a local electrictian. We had to call the seller a couple of times to have the order processed and shipped, and they were very responsive but ultimately the freight delivery was uneventful. It does have a couple of cool features, such as different light colors but the lack of heat output makes it less then an ideal buy for us.

Soundless unit
The unit squeaks as it spins. The flames are looking very low compared to the big background.Contacted the trouble shooting line three times but no one has reached out. This unit is 42” and basically I like it but for the money I didn’t expect any defects.A licensed electrician installed it and it is unlikely he will be available again for a long time so I have the unit turned off.
