The media could not be loaded. I bought this fireplace from Amazon for our new construction in 2018. It is now April 2021 and still works great. Beautiful and produces heat, when needed. I did add the Dimplex driftwood to accessorize it further. Driftwood sold separately.

The flame looks pretty realistic. Sometimes the remote buttons don't register the commands. I did not buy this from Amazon, but bought it from a local store. My first unit was defective. Installation of this fireplace was easy. Mine is the 74" which did not come with an outlet plug. But was really simple to hardwire it to an existing wall outlet.
