Features
- Automatic Counting: The digital counter are used to record the number of products output by production lines and monitor production progress. They replace manual counting, reduce repetitive work, and serve as core tools for assembly lines and conveyor belt production
- Sensor Parameters: When an object passes through the sensor, the receiving end sends a signal to the display, and the number on the display increases by 1. The sensor has an induction distance of 10 meters (32ft) and a cable length of 1 meter (3.2ft). It has a wide induction range and can accurately count various objects such as boxes and parts
- Alarm Settings: A preset value can be set. When this value is reached, the display will trigger an alarm, and the alarm sound will last for 5 seconds
- Easy Installation: The display is equipped with 4 mounting holes for easy fixation. The sensor comes with 2 brackets and must be installed symmetrically to ensure proper counting. It uses an AC 100-240V power cord with a length of 1 meter (3.2ft)
- Power Failure Memory: When power is restored, the counter will revert to the value it showed before the power outage, preventing data loss
