Our number one reason for purchasing it was looks. And now I don’t know why we waited so long. Our Petco crate worked great, but it looked like a big black cage no matter where we put it. We could not be happier because the ash gray blends in with our decor perfectly. It still looks like a crate, but it’s a lot more elegant and subtle than what we had. Functionally, it’s very sturdy, very dog proof (for our furry little chewer), and has lots of ingress/egress options. It’s a breeze to assemble/break down, thoughtfully designed, safe, and secure. Do read the owner’s manual bc there are a few finer points (regarding proper use) that you might not pick up on your own. The only downside is that it’s heavy to pick up. Even if you move it using the built-in rollers, you have to stoop because the grip is just a groove built into the frame. Would I buy again or recommend to a friend? 100% yes. Update: I’ve now had this a few weeks and my dog already considers it his home-within-the-home. He’s a small buy mighty chewer and has already done some damage to the finish on the grates…so I’m just hoping the bond is strong enough that it doesn’t deteriorate on its own now that the paint seal is broken. ... show more

This is our 2nd Diggs Crate, we're still using the 1st one, bought this one for our daughter. The crate arrived quickly and was easy to setup. We had a small issue with the base unit, we called the company and they took care of it promptly.

My rescue pup is learning how good life can be in her Diggs Revolv Crate. It's so much nicer than the wire crates I've used in the past. Hubby didn't read the directions (no comment) so it took longer to put together than it should have. If you read the directions it'll go fast. Definitely worth the price (less expensive on Amazon than at the Digg's site). It opens in the front and also on side so there's options for your doggo. ... show more

The Diggs crate appears to be well built, but we have two puppies. The side garage door appears to be hard to use with our puppies. The return policy said returnable for 30 days but the assumption was that it would follow Amazon prime return policy, but was I wrong. The item does say returnable, but not Free Prime Return. Looks like cost estimates to ship back to Diggs will cost as much as to buy them, not happening. My recommendation is not to buy anything expensive and heavy from Amazon that is not Prime Free Return. ... show more

Constructed with good materials, powder coated fence links and slide out floor with ease of operation. In retrospect, wish I had bought the larger intermediate size as our golden doodle is growing bigger by the day. Love the 1/2 panel roof that allows access without opening door for ease of comforting puppy and prevents me from having to get on all fours sticking my head into crate for retrieving and or placing items. This is my 2nd Diggs crate! They are super sturdy, easy collapse and transport. This size is perfect for a labradoodle that weighs 40lbs. She’s tall and can stand in it percent and turn around.

I’ve had this crate for 8 months. It’s a great crate for our standard poodle. I wanted to share my experience with Diggs. I’ve had 2 small issues since purchasing. The first was a couple of dings on the door from shipping. The second was a cracked base. The Diggs team is FANTASTIC at resolving issues quickly! They communicate quickly and have completely resolved both issues for us. It is an expensive crate, but rest assured, if you need help or have any problems, they are excellent! ... show more

Update: After 3 months, it started to crack. It’s getting bigger and bigger each day. No doubt it’s a pretty crate, I replaced the black wire crate with it, but the quality is totally not worth for the price.
