This product worked very well to improve my gut health. It helped to regulate my bowel movements and reduce gas/bloating. However, I did not like how it changed my body odor. The pills have a very distinct smell which I think may be due to the annise powder listed in the ingredients. While taking them, I noticed my body odor was more pungent than usual. I did some research and found that this is normal when initially taking digestive enzymes as it could be detoxing the bad bacteria out of the body while introducing the good bacteria. This may have changed if I continued using them but after two weeks with no change, I decided to discontinue using them. It’s summertime and I just can’t handle the odor. I would still recommend them for the positive benefits they offer: eliminating gas/bloating and regulating bowel movements but it just did not go well with my body chemistry. ... show more

These helped with my digestion and bloating so much! I have been struggling with gut issues recently and decided to try a probiotic/prebiotic to see if it would help. It's my second time buying these particular pills and they definitely seem to help especially if you've eaten too much LOL I don't recommend it but should you actually eat too much it's good to know that you'll feel better quick as long as you took this with your meal. Or even after.

I really really wanted to rate this a 5 Star. But personal preference would not allow me. But that is not a bad thing. Since I was a kid I never liked swallowing pills therefore that is my only complaint. It does float in the liquid as you try to swallow but I have been known to open the capsule and add it to my beverage to get around my discomfort when it comes to swallowing pills. I have been dealing with bloating and acid reflux for the past couple of months. This product was a huge lifesaver. I started taking it about 2 weeks ago and from the third day, I could tell my eating was much more regulated. I could hold on to food longer, so I didn't have as many cravings or too much hunger, just the normal amount. The biggest difference I noticed was before bed. Since I wasn't snacking or eating late, I was going to bed with a debloated stomach, which for me is very weird. I loved the feeling of going to bed without feeling full. Going to the bathroom regularly has never been an issue for me, and I noticed that when I started taking these, I was actually going twice a day, when before, I would go twice a day sometimes. I tend to have bloating issues so it’s important for me to take probiotics/prebiotics. I’ve had a few brands but this by far is my favorite. There is a proprietary blend of Papaya and Bacillus Coagulans which enhances digestion, I know eating papayas help with digestion so it’s great that it’s a main ingredient .You can kind of smell the ingredients but no bad tastes whatsoever. since taking these consistently for 2 weeks I’ve notice my bloat is down, losing inches and my energy is up! I like to take this pill after my first meal of the day. I honestly feel like its cleaning me out which in my opinion is a great thing. Its been a couple of days and I feel like its helping my bloating. I also ordered peppermint tea to help with my bloating as well.
