I started taking this product to find respiratory relief that my prescribed meds of albuterol and singulair were managing poorly. I had struggled daily for over a year with asthma symptoms, which severely affected my ability to get a good nights sleep and perform daily activities. I'm ecstatic with the results. First dose I took before bedtime and when I woke the next day, I could breathe so much better!! I didn't expect it to work so fast or honestly so well. It definitely reduces inflammation in the airways. I can feel the difference. This has replaced my prescribed meds. I would highly recommend anyone having breathing issues to give it a try. I bought this because I read that it could be used for allergies in dogs. Then as I read other reviews I found that it helped relieve migraines and started taking it myself. I took it as written on the label, two capsules twice daily. Migraines almost completely gone! Sinuses open and breathing was easier! After a couple of weeks I was having severe anxiety and insomnia, waking every hour on the hour. I searched reviews with these as key words and found that others had the same experience. Further research online mentioned a study where Quercetin interfered with REM sleep in rats. Also that normal dosage should be only 1000mg. Therefore I took one star off this review. I stopped taking this at the risk of migraines and sinus issues returning. They're not as bad as before. Maybe my system needed a jump start. I'm afraid to resume taking it at the lower dose so I've researched foods naturally containing Quercetin and altered my diet. As for the dog, I give him one pill, twice daily. It seems to cause loss of appetite when given on an empty stomach. The alternative is to give it three hours after a meal. This works better. He's also taking Benadryl or Zytec twice daily as well as immunity support treats but still has some allergy symptoms In summary, HUMANS, please start at a lower dose. ... show more

I thought I was having a placebo effect after the `1st dose but no. I have shoulder and knee pain daily but 24 to 48 hours after taking this supplement, I have NO PAIN! OMG! And the fog brain is gone! Right in the nick of time because I have returned back to university!!! Just bought 2 more bottles. Read all of the evidence-based research on it. I have problems with high blood pressure, so it’s hard to find antihistamines for that. I read the reviews on Now Quercetin With Bromelain so I decided to try it. I felt relief with one dose and now that I’ve been taking it for about five days, no more pain nor side effects for me. I’m allergic to cedar and I’m surrounded by it. My face hasn’t hurt nor has my right eyeball felt too big for the socket. I’ll never be without this for seasonal allergies. I am eighty-two years old with heart problems so this works for me.
