I've always had gut issues but never really went to a doctor to see what the issue is, and I don't have the patience to do a months-long food elimination test to figure out all the foods I can't eat but will end up still eating anyways. Always gassy always belching, almost always bloated and uncomfortable (I do not have celiac either). Maybe it's not necessarily a good thing, but I can't not take these when I eat now. If I don't take them, my gas and bloating is way worse than it was before I ever started taking these. I just do one with lunch and one with dinner and it helps immensely, I don't feel gross or have discomfort or gas like I used to. But now I have to take these or it's not a good time... ... show more

To take this pill with every meal gave me a major stomach ache and INSANE gas. Like it was crazyyyyyyy LMAO. I decided to use this only at night before bed. While sleeping my metabolism can relax and calmly do the job with this pills help. Avoiding stomach aches and busy activities. It just logically makes more sense. In the morning, my stool is a lot more soft and my body goes ALL the way. And I mean a lot. This pull definitely works, but definitely using it at night is more gentle. I used this brand for my first-time using probiotics. I wasn't 100% sure if I was sold on taking them. I used it then stopped after I finished the bottle. I feel so much better on them. I had more bloating and digestive issues when I didnt take it. I am on my second bottle and feel so much better.

So I've always had tummy issues all my life. And all my doctors would tell me things like eat more veggies, take fiber, etc. I actually eat a ton of veggies so it didn't make an sense to me. Anyways, finally one of the doctors told me to do a regular probiotic. Honestly, I hate pills so I avoid them. Anyways finally I decided to just suck it up and try. I been using probiotics for over a year. And I use whatever I find on sale or has a deal or whatever. I'm not loyal to one. I have found that it really does help. I'm more regular. My tummy doesn't hurt as much. Once one bottle is gone, I move to another one. And I take it daily now. Well... I really hate giving sad reviews but when i got this bottle, this was the only one that did NOT work for me. Yes, I kept on and actually used this entire bottle. You take two a day and they are huge pills. The other ones I took were one small pill or sometimes it was two. I'm not complaining about the size. But the fact that I take two of these every day and yet my tummy issues came back is quite alarming. I'm not sure why its different. But I guess I learned the hard way that the probiotics are not made all the same. So keep that in mind. So sadly this will not be on my list to renew. ... show more

These are amazing- truly the only probiotic I have used that I have noticed a positive change in my gut health from. I have very little gas now, I am much more regular (if you know what I mean), and even my mood and mental health has seemed to improve from taking these once daily in the morning before my meals.
