From this brand, I have used their gummy vitamins and have really seen results. So when I saw this new probiotic and enzyme product, I knew I had to try it. And I am glad I did. This works! I like that it has probiotics, prebiotics and enzymes. I also like the mix of enzymes to break down carbs, fats and dairy. The bottle is beautiful and the capsules are small and easy to swallow.     • Where do I begin..
I fully understand that everyone will have a different experience with these but mine was absolutely terrible. I took the capsules around 3pm with my lunch as directed and went about my day as usual and felt nothing. I go to bed and 3am rolls around and I wake up with the worst stomach cramps I've ever had. I try to go back to sleep but they are unbearable at that time. When I get out of bed at 6am I feel SUPER nauseous like I have the stomach flu and immediately run to the bathroom and it's coming out of me like water, along with severe cramps and nausea. This has lasted ALL DAY and I have not been able to eat and feel very dehydrated no matter how much water I drink. It came out of me (both ends) all day so much so that it was just stomach acid. Along with a really bad migraine all day. Just use caution cause I literally thought I was going to die 😅 NEVER AGAIN! ... show more

I honestly have to say. I’ve never thought this would actually work for me. But SURPRISINGLY It works. It took a few days for me to notice but I have menopause belly and nothing helped. I know it’s not a major deal to some But I can tie my shoes comfortably. And they are completely natural is cherry on top. ... show more

Easy to swallow with no flavor, price a little on the high side, it did help me somewhat with digestion, but did not help me at all with bloating, just seem to make it worse!

I’ve tried a lot of priobiotics and cleanse pills and these have been maybe the best ones I’ve had. I struggle with being regular and these really keep everything moving on a daily basis. I take them right after a meal. Definitely will buy again
