5’4 245-250lbs. I bought a 3XL, which fit, but it was already on the tightest loop. So I sized down. I have lipedema so I retain A LOT of fluid. I also have severe endo belly. So between the bloating & water retention I have a bit of an apron belly that protrudes. This made finding a corset style “waist trainer” difficult as I needed the torso to be long. Because this has 3 separate straps you can adjust them to your comfort. I lay on my back to secure the bottom & second straps. Basically pushing my fat upwards lol. I put a thin tank top underneath as a barrier. This makes exercise easier as it keeps my posture more inline. Plus it distributes the heaviness of my belly so it’s not pulling on my skin.
