I wanted to share my experience with Heal-N-Soothe after taking two bottles. It has helped my back tremendously! While I still experience pain, especially on days when I’m more active, the discomfort is significantly less than when I wasn’t taking these supplements. However, they are quite expensive. Some users report that they can manage with just one dose a day (3 pills), but I find that I need to take 9 pills daily. This means one bottle lasts me only 10 days, and I still have some discomfort. Would I recommend Heal-N-Soothe? Absolutely! That’s why I’m sharing my experience. However, the cost is a concern for me, as it works out to about $5 a day for my dosage. Being on a fixed income, that daily expense is difficult to budget in, and I’m not sure I can continue at this price, despite the benefits. I've also included photos of the pamphlet that came with the package for reference.

Last week I took all the pills #90 in the bottle. I took 3 a day, the suggested use, and 2-3 days, 4 when I felt the most pain. According on the instructions on the brochure it recommends a higher number of pills beginning with 4 then 3 and a maintenance dose. I cannot say I noticed any particular improvement on my knee pain or on the hip pain I experienced afterwards. I'm not blaming, of course, my hip pain on the pills, but it happened while I was taking them. Maybe taking more pills overtime would have worked, but not with the pills on that bottle. This is a product I'd love to get my money back on as I did not feel any significant improvement as advertised!!!

This product is all hype and did not even begin to live up to the description given on the website. I used this product exactly as instructed with absolutely no results. I am very disappointed as I had very high hopes it would help with the pain I experience. To add to my disappointment, when I tried to return Heal-n-Soothe I was informed it could not be returned. A big waste of $50, not to mention my time making sure I took the product as directed. I even set reminders on my timer to make sure I took the product exactly as directed. Don't waste your money like I did. This product does not work like the company claims. It is definitely not a product that is helpful in anyway. I actually tossed the remaining 10 capsules in the trash.

I am a very heavy person, with a lot of pain in my legs, and experience restless legs at night. Also have issues getting up from my desk chair after working many hours in my home office. I had tried this product in the past, but wasn't sure if it really worked. My legs were hurting so much, I thought I would give these another try, even though they are expensive (in my opinion.) I stopped most of my other supplements, including glucosamine/chondroitin and potassium. I started on these the day after I received them. The first night I felt relief and was able to sleep longer than usual. I am on day 10 (see the book and follow the regimen.) I'm not 100% better, but I have been able to sleep better and I can get up easier after sitting for a long time. Over time and regular use of this product, I feel like this is a good product.
