Using these because I am on a GLP-1 for weight loss and I’m already on daily meds that make me extremely constipated. I was going at least one time every 3 days and then I was only going 1 time a week until I recently got these a few days ago and have taken 1 a day and I have had softer stool for 1 and less painful and going more often. If you are on a GLP one you need this for pain relief of passing stool, GLP-1 slows your digestion but this helps that aspect on the toilet. I’ve noticed I do have more energy since taking them, I don’t know all the benefits but it’s helping my belly not hurt and I’m pooping! 💩 that’s the best part is the effectiveness! Taste like most supplements that’s why I hold my nose and swallow!

I have histamine intolerance and have tried every possible herb, prebiotic, ALL B vitamins etc NOTHING helped all made me bloated and our gave me reflux, this is the first supplement I have taken that hasn't upset my stomach and helps with bloating... my stomach is hard as a rock and inflates what seems like 4 inches... This is after drinking water and or meals... I'm glad I found something that helps also if you don't drink plenty of water you may feel sick....

Works well so far. But you must take as directed for the best benefit, which is right before your first bite of food. Otherwise, I did not see much difference or help when I tried to take it after eating because I had forgotten to take it before, thinking it would have the same benefits. It does not. Just set a timer at first and you will get the hang of it. Once I got into the groove I noticed I was able to digest my food better and had less bloating after eating. Not 100% relief but much better than I was before I began taking it.

I have not seen a difference in my gut health from taking this. It looks like a placebo. I take it every time I feel bloated but it has not helped my digestion. Not at all helpful. The pill has no taste but I would hope after finishing half a bottle I would feel better.

This product gave me some very unpleasant side effects! The first time I took these, I did not notice any difference, but the package said that it could take some time to work. I continued to take them before each meal. During the week I don't eat red meat at all, but on the weekends I may eat steak with my husband. I took the supplement before the high-protein steak dinner one night. I have not had so much stomach upset since I got Montezuma's revenge while vacationing one year. I know it was not the food since my husband suffered no ill effects at all. Being a research type of person, I decided not to take the supplement all week and then stupidly decided to take it again before the steak dinner. I wanted to know if the supplement caused the issues the week prior. This time the reaction was even worse. I spent the rest of the evening regretting my decision to try again. Needless to say, digestive enzymes are not for me! I spoke with my doctor and she informed me that digestive enzymes can hinder the bodies breakdown of fat and cause you to gain weight over time. While weight loss was not my goal, gaining weight certainly was not a goal! She told me digestive enzymes stop the large intestines from absorbing water thus helping some individuals not feel so bloated. Any weight loss is water loss, and temporary. I would not purchase it again and would caution others to be careful. My doctor told me that digestive enzymes can hinder the absorption of some medications, so taking enzymes that the body naturally produces is better left to individuals with diagnosed conditions requiring extra help.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ “Actually helps with bloating — especially after heavier meals.” I picked up HUM Flatter Me because my stomach tends to get puffy and uncomfortable after certain foods, especially big meals or anything with dairy. I wasn’t expecting dramatic results, but honestly… this works better than I thought it would. I started taking one capsule right before my heaviest meal of the day, and the difference is noticeable. I don’t get that tight, gassy, sluggish feeling afterward anymore. My stomach just feels calmer, and I’m not waddling around feeling like I need to change into sweatpants immediately. On days I forget to take it, I definitely notice the difference. The capsules are easy to swallow, no weird taste, and they don’t upset my stomach at all. I also like that they don’t make me feel jittery or nauseous — it just feels like my digestion runs more smoothly. Is it a miracle cure? No. But for me, it really helps take the edge off bloating and that overly-full feeling. I keep the bottle in my bag now so I don’t forget it.
