Unfortunately, for those who live outside of Japan, getting the natural forms of Natto just isn’t as available or affordable for us. Yet the health benefits are so great that when I found this supplement I thought it might be the perfect substitute for the traditional natto that you add to various foods. Natto as a food and/or a supplement dislodges and dissolves plaque. Be careful. If your plaque problem may be very serious, a plaque formation could relodge where it may be more dangerous. Consult your physician .
