We got this for a camping trip and a beach trip and it held up very nice. Some of the smaller velcro attachments on the side riped out almost immediately but they don't effect the tent. The side wall is wonderful for privacy and fits wonderful. The buttons make the tent easy to put up and take down. Overall a great tent for a good price, I would definitely recommend this product.

If I could give this zero stars I would. It came manufactured completely wrong. I was able to fix that issue by removing a few screws and flipping piece around but the legs on this thing will not lock and the canopy was ripped. Never been so disappointed with a purchase in my life. ***Update*** Company reached out to me and was very helpful with everything to fix my issue. They communicated through the entire process and sent a new item out to me.

Bought this for our family vacation to San Diego! At the beach out of the box, one leg is not working, the locking mechanism doesn't work, we formed a search party on the sand to try and find the perfect stick to put in the leg to keep it up. The worst part is that of course because I didn't buy it last minute I'm now just outside of the return window, so I spent my hard earned money on a useless piece of crap. ** UPDATE TO REVIEW ** Although the original experience wasn't pleasant, the company reached out, apologized and refunded my money. I really appreciate the dedication to their customers, you just don't find that much anymore.

The tent is nice but I had the same issue as another commenter where the support bars that hold the top up were installed upside down. The canopy couldn’t be fully raised. We had to unscrew, remove, and then fix it later. I don’t plan to return because it’s a pain but I can’t say I’d recommend. If you do buy it, try putting it up before you need it so you have the time and tools to fix it.

I bought this item, when I was setting it up, one of the crossbars was broken from a plastic coupling. I contacted the seller and explained I could not get it folded back up to return ship, I sent them a couple photos, I had my replacement within ten days. The new one is set up now, the frame is solid and well built. The Top fits nice and snug, the first good rain and it collected no water, I give this one a 5 star rating. Again you cannot beat customer service like I received from this seller and Amazon both.

I had a lot of issues with my first tent from the brand. One whole side collapsed on the first use. I do believe that I got a lemon of a product the first time around. After leaving a review the seller contacted me and made the situation right. They gave me a full refund and an entire new tent. This one works great, that’s why I feel like I got a lemon on the first one.

4.29.2023 Update. After speaking with the company my issue was resolved quickly. I received a replacement and all is well!! Customer service was great and quick to respond. I am very happy with my product. If you happen to have any issues, please contact the company - they seem happy to help with any issue! The canopy has a lot of holes. I just received it today and promptly put it up as I was excited to have it for shade on my deck. I was disappointed to see so many holes. Also, 3 of the straps that were attached to the canopy to hold it to the frame came off as they were barely sewn on. The seams of the canopy are not very well sewn, I can see through the seams. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the frame seems really sturdy and easy to lift up but it takes 2 people. If the canopy was better constructed I would have given more stars.
