Crazy heavy box with compressed mattress. Once freed for the plastic it springs (be prepared) to full size. It has been sitting on the bed for 24 hours nice and seems quite comfortable.

I bought this mattress for my cabin in the mountains. My wife joined me several days after I had been sleeping on it alone. When it was just me sleeping on this mattress, it was great. It gave slightly in all the right places and was very comfortable. However, when my wife also slept on it, our weight difference created an issue. I am 236lbs and she is about 130lbs. With us both sleeping on this mattress, I weighed my side down enough that it caused her to roll toward me. She had to place a pillow between us to keep from rolling up against me. She felt like she was falling toward the middle of the bed all night. It's unfortunate, because I love everything else about it. I regretfully have to return it and try a different mattress.

I purchased the 14 inch mattress and let it inflate for a couple days and it’s just barely 12 inches. I requested that I be charged for a 12 inch mattress instead of 14 but I still haven’t heard a response. I haven’t touched it yet so idk how it sleeps or anything.

After sitting for 2 days it is still very flat, has a crease down the center and the corners are crushed.
