The media could not be loaded. Good quality and easy to install since it came completely assembled. Just install the three wall brackets, unpacking and install. From start to finish 2 hours.carful mine came with the electric motor at the left side facing the owning. I don’t know if they come right side couldn’t find the details anywhere, it didn’t bother me since I’m a contractor I fished romex from back wall outlet and installed water proof outlet at the left side since my existing deck outlet was on the right side. Called the number one Awning company and I was quoted around 4800 then I calles Costco for the same brand it was 3550 but when I saw this I figured what do I have to lose. Can always return it to Amazon but boy when I got this awning it was definitely commercial grad. I will be buying another one next spring ... show more

Love it! It took three men to hang it and once in place it worked as a charm. Together with hanging the brackets and the awning, it took about an hour and a half.

The awning went up easy, I wish the electric cord was longer. The product works great so far, only been up for a day. My only complaint with this was Amazons delivery. Lots of promises but item was just dumped in yard without contact.
